Cold Pressed Pure Black Currant Seed Oil is extracted from the seed of the plant Ribes nigrum. It is known to be rich in the Omega 6 essential fatty acid GLA and is also a good source of ALA (alpha-linolenic acid C18:3n-3), an Omega 3 essential fatty acid. Suggested Use: Apply oil (a few drops) directly on your well cleansed skin alone or mix with other essential skincare oils. It is an excellent addition to facial creams or lotions.
