love the design.. should definitely buy

I took months to look at lots of covers for my new MacBook and on prime day pulled the trigger to get this one. Thought it was cute, I liked that the pics showed a clear cover so that the color of the computer showed through and it wouldn’t be too much of a design. It did not look like this in person.I was very disappointed when I saw it to see that it’s a frosted cloudy color so not completely clear so it really looks cheap. The butterflies are cute but printed upside down when it’s open. At first I thought I had the cover on upside down so I tried to flip it but no, I was right the first time, the printing on mine is just strange.I put it on and it popped right off. Yes, I got the right model number, this simply doesn’t stay snapped on when you open the laptop and further than 90 degrees. No tilting of the screen give at all. I had seen a review for another cover that said his screen cracked when he tried to open and close it a few times with the cover on. With that in mind with this one, I didn’t want to take the chance so I didn’t want to attempt checking how much farther I could open it. But no matter how far I did, a little bit or or enough to just see the screen, it kept popping off.I tried again to put the cover back on and with it closed went to just pick the laptop up for a second and the cover popped off in my hand so that the laptop fell. Thankfully just a few inches and onto a pillow but if I had tried to move it off my bed it could have been bad.With it on, it really did not look good and made the MacBook look horrible. Really looked like a cheap piece of plastic on an expensive machine.Now granted, this is a cheaply priced cover and on prime day it was even cheaper. So I really wasn’t expecting something high end. But I at least wanted it to fit and look nice while adding some protection to the laptop l. Now that I see how covers look in general, I’ve decided against them altogether.Sorry but this was a big miss for me.

I have ordered 3 different MacBook Air cases this week and none of them have fit my computer. I really, really wanted this one to work as I work full-time from my computer and don't feel comfortable moving my MacBook around without it being protected by a case. This time, the case only clips up on my side, leaving the other side to flap open, and since that side is not flush with the computer, the screen is difficult to open all of the way. I have been matching every case that I order with my MacBook model number and they still don't fit right. We spend thousands of dollars on these computers, please, put more effort in the construction of these cases.

I got the light blue color and I do like that. It all fits and feels like decent quality for the money, but I didn't get any stickers :( I was kinda looking forward to that part... Also, the case over laps in certain areas where the top and bottom meet when it closes so that my computer won't close all the way. I'm considering returning right now. Very dissappointed.

really liked this product, my macbook air model number is mgnd3ll/a. product came with 2pc clear plastic snap on case, screen protector, 2 keyboard skins, and a small microfiber wipe. seems like a very good value for the price ($10)! only thing i would note was that when i took off the films to apply the screen protector, i was trying to place it carefully and dust + cat hairs attached to the inside of it. but i used a piece of tape to remove them and it was fine. a few small air bubbles left in the screen protector but its fine. also i believe there were some fingerprints on the cover from the previous handler but they can be wiped off with the microfiber wipe. i really like this product — it made my laptop look very clean and feel more secure!!
