I'm glad I picked this one
I bought this as a birthday gift for my adult sister. She'd been having lower back pain and someone recommended the Inversion table. She mentioned this in passing and it was close to her birthday, so I hopped on the opportunity to surprise her with it. It arrived at her home and within days I was drafted to come over and help set it up. The parts look intimidating, but they have the parts organized and packaged well. Everything was easily marked and recognizable to the diagram instructions. We put the table together within 1.5 hrs or so. Some of the bolts and screws were awkward to screw in, but do-able, of course! She has used her table on several occasions and can feel the difference the very next day!

Does the job, but heat and vibration are a joke
Lots of pieces and parts to assemble, in spite of the notation "assembly required - no", but instructions are good and step by step. Tools provided would be adequate, but a 13 mm. ratcheting socket wrench speeds it up considerably. Assembled, it feels sturdy, and I have no hesitance to trust it, although I haven't yet reclined beyond the 20° position. It might be nice to have intermediate positions for more gradual progress. I can't imagine that a more expensive model would do more, but the upholstered backrest will probably not last as long as a rigid molded one.The heat/vibration pad is more for sound than actual effect, but its presence doesn't interfere, and it would be easy to discard. I'll probably throw it away eventually just so I don't need to be concerned about pinching or snagging the power wire.

Was worried about tipping but sturdiness and ease put my fears to bay

After acembly, and a week of use check all of your nuts and bolts for tightness
Only dislike is low grade nuts and bolts.

Health Gear Deluxe Inversion Table Model HGI6.4/ITM6400(J)
The inversion table is sturdy and was fairly easy to assemble. However the wire to the Vibration Heat and Massage therapy was broken on arrival. We have attempted to email the supplier several times without success. I may have to ask Better Business Bureau to look into the company if we don't hear from them soon.

Back pain
After some head scratching assembly the unit works exactly as advertised. The heating/vibrating pad leaves a lot to be desired. That is the only reason I won’t give it 5 stars
