Aenllosi Hard Case Compatible with Tascam DR-05XP/DR-05X Portable Audio Recorder

Very good purchase, may be slightly over priced but well made and provides very good protection for my recorder, also has a small amount of storage space for spare batteries etc. far better than a lot of others on the market.

Does what it says on the tin, good quality, tiny bit overpriced in my opinion but worth it for keeping the recorder safe and dust free

This is a great little case - I have a few other similar ones for my multimeter and a Hard Drive.The case is sturdy and will protect the DR40-X from all sorts of knocks and bumps.There is a handy little pocket inside for keepting spare memory cards and there is room for a spare set of 3 x AA batteries inside.A handy tip if you're buying the recorder is to also get the furry muff thing which goes over the mics if you're recording outside. Wind noise can be an issue but the wind protector makes the recordings much easier.Overall would strongly recommend this case.

Well-made product. Fits my Tascam DR-40 exactly as it should. The Zip and overall build feels study.I’ve yet to take it out and about long-term to see how it faires, but just going by the way it’s been put together, I like it.

Perfect case for protecting your Tascam DR-05X. Good quality and the product fits in perfectly. Inside there is a mesh inner sleeve which will secure your product. Good price.

It feels a bit cheap. I suspect it's lined with thick cardboard. It does the job though. My Tascam DR 40-X fits in it perfectly (a Zoom H4N would fit in it too as they're pretty much the same shape) and there's room for a couple of some small things like a spare SD card or some batteries.As I said it does the job. The job being to keep dust off of my Tascam. I wouldn't expect it to offer any protection if you dropped something on or if you let the Tascam fall though. The top of my case already looks slightly caved in.

Should have gotten this years ago! High level of protection and now I don't worry about my recorder when I have to take it somewhere. Good fit and room for extra cables, batteries or whatever.
