Expensive but worth it.
Lupus is known as 'the disease with a thousand symptoms' anyone who has it will know that you can wake up one morning and have unexplained pain in any part of your body, sometimes the pain is gone by the end of the day and sometimes it can be with you for six months.Anything that claims 'anti inflammatory properties' will generally get my attention and having heard about the anti inflammatory properties of cinnamon, but not getting much benefit from supermarket cinnamon, I thought now would be a good time to try it in a more refined capsule form.Has it helped ?Well yes; my pain has been reduced somewhat and my skin has been improving with no major outbreaks (touch wood) within the last 10 days. I will continue to take them but I'm happy so far. The only reason I have taken a star away is the price, for what is only a two months supply £23 is a lot but for what it is, ( a high end supplement) it does indeed meet expectations.

Worth trying for blood sugar control
I've tried cinnamon before for sugar control but I didn't find it helpful. Others clearly do. I was intrigued to see this patented extract, that claims to help both glucose levels and the heart, and wondered if it might work differently on me than plain ole organic cinnamon capsules did, so thought I'd give it a try.I've purchased supplements from this company before and they are always high quality, even if they aren't the cheapest.Product arrived in a good sealable pouch, nice long expiry date. Capsules were normal sized and easy to swallow, and at 1 a day you get 60 days worth.Too soon to tell if they will work better on me than plain cinnamon did, but I've got my fingers crossed.I like this companies products, always top quality and if you have blood sugar control issues these are worth trying for a couple of months to see if they work for you.

I feel fuller for longer
I started taking cinnamon after hearing about the incredible properties on a wellness podcast. Benefits I've personally experienced are feeling fuller for longer, less intense energy crashes, reduced inflammation, less of an urge to binge or overeat. Not all cinnamon is made equal and I've found ceylon works better than the cinnamon I would find at the supermarket

Easy to swallow natural Cinnamon supplement.
This Cinnamon supplement comes in a handy 100% recyclable and resealable pouch of 60 capsules and a recommendation of taking 1 a day. This leaves you with a two-month supply.I take Cinnamon both in supplement and food form for its said health benefits and have been taking it for many years. These capsules are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste and really like that there are no fillers, binders or artificial ingredients making them easy to stomach. This product is made in the United Kingdom, GMO-free, Gluten-free and vegan.I really liked the Cinnamon aroma when opening the packet and overall, I'm very happy with this Cinnamon supplement.

Brilliant company
Cinsulin is a new one for me, but it's cinnamon extract, and used for regulating blood sugar levels. It will take a while to see how effective it is, but I more wanted to extol the virtues of Time Health - we've now tried maybe a dozen of their supplements and they are uniformly exceptional. If I could take just one single supplement, it would be their Longevity capsule... they are just brilliant. So if you're on the fence, and you're aware that the supplements market is a bit of a wild west, you can absolutely trust Time. They're legit.

Two months supply
I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money and you're getting 500mg in each capsule/serving. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. I like the fact they have used a resealable pouch which presumably uses less plastic than a container.

Double patented CinSulin extract delivered in each capsule lasting two months!
After much in-depth research, I finally ordered this supplement for my best friend, as her GP informed her that she was prediabetic. I want to offer my friend the best out there and help and support her new health journey with pure and natural products. The Time Health CinSulin is UK-made, manufactured at high standards and adequately regulated. It is 100% natural and vegan, containing no nasty chemical additives, fillers or binders. Further, it is GMO and gluten-free. I genuinely enjoy supporting UK businesses and appreciate Time Health`s approach to sustainability and sourcing only natural products. It is recommended to take one capsule daily with food, which will provide 500 mg of cinnamon extract. All other Cinsulin products I found were only delivering 250 mg per capsule; therefore, two capsules were necessary daily. With this product, you only need to take one capsule. She only started taking this supplement less than a week ago, and she had no adverse effects from it until now. To be able to assess its efficacy, I will have to wait for my best friend`s blood results. Therefore, I will have to update the review at a later date! Nevertheless, I only order products after much research on the company, ingredients and manufacturing processes. So, from this perspective, I recommend the product and company.Currently, this product sells for 23.49 GBP for 60 capsules, lasting for two months. If cinnamon is part of your healthy blood glucose regimen or your weight management program, CinSulin may have another advantage. Due to the high amounts of cinnamon available in just one CinSulin capsule, in theory, you will save money. The whole cinnamon found in most cinnamon supplements is just ground-up cinnamon bark, and so is the cinnamon in most kitchen spice racks.Whole cinnamon contains everything in the cinnamon plant, including water-soluble compounds and fat-soluble compounds in varying amounts.Research has shown that cinnamon’s water-soluble compounds can be beneficial, but the fat-soluble compounds are generally not. These fat-soluble compounds may even be harmful long-term when ingested in amounts that far exceed what is used for flavouring.CinSulin is a water extract of cinnamon. The beneficial water-soluble compounds are concentrated through the patented water extraction process, and the unwanted fat-soluble compounds are reduced. Water extraction also reduces the amount of coumarin in CinSulin.CinSulin is extracted from Cinnamomum Burmannii, standardized to not less than 3% Type-A Polymers. As for benefits, CinSulin and cinnamon share the same health benefits. In Ayurvedic medicine, cinnamon is used as a remedy for indigestion, diabetes, and colds and to help balance a person’s ‘Kapha’ (physical and emotional energies). It is also a common ingredient in cinnamon tea and chai tea, both of which are believed to improve digestionOne of the essential active ingredients in cinnamon is a substance called cinnamaldehyde. Cinnamaldehyde gives cinnamon its specific taste and smell and may also be responsible for some of cinnamon’s possible health benefits. Some research shows cinnamon may lower blood sugar levels and have a potent anti-diabetic effectNumerous human studies have confirmed cinnamon’s anti-diabetic effects, which can lower fasting blood sugar levels by 10–29%.Cinnamon may also have beneficial effects on neurodegenerative diseases characterized by progressive loss of brain cells’ function or structure.Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s are two of the most common neurodegenerative diseases. Two compounds found in cinnamon appear to inhibit the buildup of a protein called ‘tau’ in the brain, one of Alzheimer’s disease signs. The National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health (NCCIH) states that cinnamon supplements should be safe for most people when adequately dosed.Cinnamon can cause mild sweating, indigestion, and heartburn if consumed in high doses. Over time, coumarin accumulation in the body can damage the liver and impede blood clotting.Make sure you ask your GP before starting with CinSulin, especially if you take other supplements that lower blood sugar levels, including:• Alpha-lipoic acid• Bitter melon• Chromium• Devil’s claw• Fenugreek• Garlic and garlic extracts• Horse chestnut• Panax ginseng• Siberian ginseng• PsylliumThe same holds with diabetes medications. Some medications used for diabetes include:• Glyburide (DiaBeta, Glynase PresTab, Micronase)• Glimepiride (Amaryl)• Pioglitazone (Actos)• Insulin• Chlorpropamide (Diabinese)• Rosiglitazone (Avandia)• Tolbutamide (Orinase)• Glipizide (Glucotrol)Taking substantial doses of cinnamon might harm the liver, especially in people with existing liver disease. Cinnamon may also interact with certain medicines that may damage the liver.
