At product description was written 18/0 but they are(5x8)+3(5)= 43 or 45 pieces. How many parts include this set?

It is incorrect that nickel is added to induce a soft sheen. In fact, nickel is the metal most responsible for it's corrosion resistance. The 18/0 has to do with the grade of the Stainless Steel, and has nothing to do with the number of pieces in the set. As advertised, the set contains 45 pieces. Keep in mind that 18/0 has no nickel and is sold for those that are allergic to nickel. It's also true that 18/0 should be towel dried immediately after being washed as it prone to corrode.

What is the length of the forks?

Each dinner fork fork is 7/38 inches long (Not counting the bends). This is the room it would take on the table. The tines seem to be almost 2 inches in length
