This product is soft and has a variety of colors. It is a light weight Buddha and has a long battery life, however, the nightlight drops in intensity during the night. There are 5 steps to making it perform in the way that you need. Comes with connection and charging cord and has different lights for meditation. The appearance is adorable and appears to have sufficient durability. Also, it is not expensive, so it is a good value for the money.

I had recently ordered another product made by this company. It's a cloud with rainfall effects. Talk about calming! I loved it so much that I had to check out this company's full product line. That led me to my new Buddha buddy. He's as adorable as he effective at helping me to re-center myself, breathe deeply and stress less. He's really easy to use as well. You just follow the beautiful colors, and you're good. You decide how long you want to practice. Not only does he fit on my desk, but he makes it look good! Also, he's some sort of silicon or rubber, so that means he'll be easy to clean. I could not love this guy more. I might be biased though because I collect Buddhas (of the fat variety) and I even have a tramp stamp tattoo of a Buddha sitting on an open Lotus Flower while making a peace sign. There's just something about a jolly, spiritual guy that makes me happy. Don't you want a Breathing Buddha in your life too?!

I didn't expect to love this as much as I do. Now I'll be buying one for everybody I know. I love that it can be used as just a little nightlight. Its soft too so you can hold it like a stuffed animal or tuck it in the pillows so you can read comfortably without getting out of your cocoon to turn off the lamp or big light. The breathing functions are fantastic and incredibly helpful, especially when I'm too upset to get into a rhythm on my own. As an autistic with cptsd and extreme panic attacks, this is a game changer. My little Buddha breathing buddy. If you have a kiddo who you'd like to teach emotional regulation and self soothing techniques, this is a wonderful tool to help make that fun and feel manageable. Teachers would also benefit from having one in the classroom for children who may need a little extra help calming down after overstimulation or conflict.

I have been having a lot of anxiety and emotional dysregulation and I needed something to remind me to take slow, mindful breaths. This is just what I needed. I have something to focus on while I control my breathing. It has been really helpful in doing just that. It was a good value for the price. The different color lights also relaxes me as I am doing mindful breathing. It is soft and is good to squeeze as stress reliever. I would definitely recommend for multiple reasons.

Love this little device. Great quality, and battery seem to last, as I have not had to charge it yet and have used it for a few days now. Not only that the buddha is adorable☺️ It's very easy to use and has 5 different settings. Comes with instructions, and the best part is that they're also printed at the bottom of the little guy so if you forget how many times to press the button to get to the breathing program you want, all you need to do is flip it. ✨🫶🏼 I get anxious during the day and sometimes forget to breathe properly. This little guy helps me get back on track without getting distracted by counting. This Breathing device should be at every school and every classroom. 😌

It is what it is described to be ! I’m very happy with my purchase 🙂. The only downside is the hole they design for the Buddha to be charged is a little bit difficult I find 😂. But still manageable.

Me arrepentí de comprarlo. Pensé que tenía más opciones o programas pero solo cambia de color en cada sección de respiración (que es algo que fácilmente puede hacerlo uno solo, contando mentalmente los segundos). Para lo que es, no vale la pena el gasto. Solo puedo darle la opción de "decoración" y eso ni tanto, porque es solo una pieza de silicón. Inviertan su dinero en otra cosa.
