Does cook food evenly.

Cooked my 7lb Prime Rib Roast with bone in for Christmas in the Segretto Enamel Cast Iron Braiser and it turned out beautifully!!! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a Braiser Pan. Don’t gettaken by Le Creuset, save a whole lot of money and get the same results.What sold me was the excellent description of the Enamel Coating in that the Segretto has a 3 layer coating, which screams to me durability. Also found it interesting that none of the other brands mention a word about their Enamel coating. The more information you give about your product the better decision a consumer can make.

This is a beautiful braiser! The size and color are what I've been looking for. The packaging was excellent and shipping was fast.

I love the size, weight and color of this pot. So far everything I’ve cooked in it came out perfect. No issue with food sticking and very easy to clean. I took off 1 star because the lid has a small chip. I’m very careful when handling this pot so I’m not sure how it chipped so easily. Other than that it is a really nice pot, especially for 1 pot dishes.

I know it is a heavy pan but we'll worth the effort. I love the clean up of this pan and the size of it. It holds a lot and cooks evenly. I have Dutch oven from another well known company and this pan does exactly the same in every way. I waited a while before giving my comments as I wanted to use it for a while. I use it about 5 times a week and very satisfied. Would buy more from this company.

I loved the color of this pot which is made me purchase. After using it for months, I love the size and quality. I plan on purchasing additional pots to match.
