Did not fit!
I wish these had worked. I ordered the sealing rings for my 3-quart instant pot, but the ones I received (in a package labelled '3-quart Instant Pot') were too big. Very disappointed, and I returned them.

The fit is perfect and easy to put in and take out
I love to cook curry foods in my InstaPot. The insert can keep the odor of the curry. So I have 2 so I use one specifically for the curry and the other for "normal" food. The important thing for me is it's easy for me to change the rings.
