Does the trick...
Does the trick...BUT it's about a 1/16th of an inch bigger than the shaft on the reclining lever SO I had to use 1" angle iron to join the two together (after cutting about two inches off the drive tube)!!!

Replaced the old broken one and now my old recliner is reclining like new.
