Product crocs quality is good but the packaging of the product from amazon given was worst. It was literally given in a polyethin plastic bag with no tags which disappointed me and makes me feel that it was a fake product.

feet always sweats while wearing this

My crocs has bee damaged without much use. I am using my crocs occasionally and careful but now it is damaged. Mould had been formed all over it and even after repeated washing it is not clearing. I had been cleaning regularly and kept the crocs inside my house regularly. Please do the needful

I purchased Crocs clog , but the sole has torn out and several cracks in the netting after a few months' usage. (Butter you change its name to Cracks), It's not worth the price I paid. I spent around Rs 5000.00 on these. How did a brand like Crocs end up with such low-quality shoes? The company needs to issue a recall for this product and refund all customers who bought it. On Flipkart, it's unacceptable to sell such low-quality items at such high prices. You need to take this product off the shelves. Therefore, avoid buying these shoes. The quality is terrible, as shown in the attached photos.

This item was not comfortable. I purchased this item in Jan24. It's not all comfortable and my feet getting swelled as and when I wear it. I brought this issue to customer care but response was pathetic. Not expecting a reputable firm like Crocs. Want to take up this issue with Consumer Court. Let's see.

They are great at first impression, but that can be a little deceiving. I took these on a trip to Spain where I was wearing them to the beach. When I was going down some stairs in the apartment we were staying, the resistance of the rubber of these shoes against the polished stone floor caused me to fall down the stairs and twist my ankle laterally. I obviously can’t confirm that the shoes are to blame, but I’m just saying that in my 3 decades of life I have never fallen down stairs and never twisted or broken any bone in my body. I definitely do not recommend these shoes for walking around in outside. I am keeping them for indoor use only, and even then I am now walking in them with extreme caution. They were however excellent on the beach- both in the sand and in water. So be mindful what you’re buying them for, because although very comfortable, they are not suitable for walking in my opinion.
