I bought Kava Drops for the relaxation effect. Every night I go to bed, play a game or 2 on my phone, then scroll Twitter and TikTok for another hour before feeling like I can sleep. Almost from day one taking this before bedtime, I'm asleep before I can finish a couple of Words with Friends games!I still wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom (old, post-menopausal, diabetic here) but I've been able to go back to sleep pretty quickly.Flavor is nice. I add it to a small bit of water along with other tinctures and swallow it down.

This extract is pretty tasty compared to the other tinctures out there. Works within half an hour to an hour.

Got these because the are supposed to help with insomnia, stress and anxiety. Used the recommended dosage of two droppers that's what it says to do to get the correct dosage sadly it didn't help.

I have anxiety and insomnia. This product has helped me with both. Tastes great and subliminal method works quickly.

Only got it open once, not impressed.

I was hopeful these would work and thought perhaps they did the first day but then realized I was beyond exhausted that first night. After that, they didn’t do much. I kept a lot and it didn’t help nor hurt my stress, anxiety or sleep.
