I have been looking for a new tinted primer for a long time and I read the reviews so I thought I’d give it a try. I’m 56 with really good skin because I’ve taken care of it since I was twelve. I’ve also always used the pricier skin care products because they’ve always worked for me. Because I’m older now, I don’t use foundation anymore so I thought I’d try this one and hopefully stop using the same primer I have been using for years. The color of this primer looked perfect and when I first applied it, I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and creamy it was. No scent. I did notice that I had to apply in little sections because it absorbed quickly and I wasn’t used to that. Not a huge deal. It’s just feels really good when applying and that made me happy. After I was completely done, including the skin care regimen before, I looked in the mirror in my bathroom and noticed that around my chin area was dry and I thought here we go again. I tried to return without trying one more time and realized that it’s not returnable. After I put more thought into why it seemed drying around my chin and realized that I hadn’t been doing my face routine every night so I started doing that for a week and then gave it another try. I was so happy to see that it was my skin that was dry in that area and after a week, had improved like no kidding right? I’m glad that I kept it because it looks great on my face with no residue or stickiness and it looks exactly like my skin tone but smoother. I’m happy to say that I have found my go to and I don’t have to look anymore for something different. It does have a very slight glow but not a shiny look. This is one of the best primers I have ever used. My face glows slightly after putting my foundation on over the primer. Plus, a little goes a long way.

I love this stuff. I have tried so many other products that I can purchase in stores, but none of them work as well. They are thick and hard to blend, or feel weird on my skin.

I cannot say enough good things about this primer -- it's comfortable, it's light, and it does its job.I've started using this instead of any foundation, and it helps create a fantastic base for my concealer on top. It's a great kind of "quick fix" even if your skin isn't freshly clean first, but I've also noticed that it truly does work best after cleaning and moisturizing first. My complexion truly does feel flawless when using this product. Well worth the price to just go for this!

At 65 years old I gave up wearing cream makeup years ago, because it just enhanced my wrinkles. I kept the used bottles to remind me of days gone by when my skin was the envy of every woman I knew. When I found Dr.brandt's Pores No More Luminizer Primer I thought I would switch to it as I did not want any more foundations taking space on my makeup table. I tried it and was hooked on it! The fragrance and the softness cannot be duplicated in any other product on the market today. I saw that this was offered online through Amazon and that was the icing on the cake, as they say. No, it is not a foundation, but gives you a rather smooth silky softness and erases the pores from view. I hope it is available for the remainder of my days!

I loved this primer. My face looked so smooth and clear with or without makeup. Unfortunately I began to break out around my eyes. :( I am so disappointed. I gave it 5 stars because the product is amazing if you don’t have sensitive skin. The rest of my face was fine, it was just around my eyes. I hope you try it and get to enjoy the look!

I have been using the original one for years and love it. It really does minimize the pores. This one is so greasy that it not only ends up in my eyes making them blurry as it coats them but it doesn't do a good job of minimizing the pores. Yes, the original one is a bit more expensive than this one from the same mfgr. but it's worth it.
