Hunting Simulator - PlayStation 4

Awesome game

I haven't played the difficulty level yet but I think it was a good game to play when I'm not out hunting

My kids (and family members who love to hunt) really loved this game. It's not outrageously priced like many other PS games. Will they play it every day? Probably not, but it's something to mix it up from time to time. No complaints!

Seems like it's been years and years since they have developed a decent hunting game from the great hunting games of the late 90s early 2000s that were for PC and PS2. The description of this game makes it sound extremely promising and from the few photos online it seemed decent enough so I decided to order it as I haven't played a hunting game on PlayStation for a great while. Even though this game is run by unreal engine the graphics are so-so they're literally ok that's all. I've seen games with worse but definitely seen with way better. The movement of the character is very stiff and robotic very similarly to the cabela Big game Hunter for PC that came out in 98 or 99 I think. As far as the campaign there is no storyline unlike previous games that usually revolve around a story or competition between other hunters this is literally just a go to the hunting ground, kill the animal, come back there is not really any reward other than unlocking different equipment that you really don't even need. This is a bit disappointing because it makes the game feel a bit empty The controls are about as basic as you can get and for a small child or person that is not really into video games this would work perfect because it's pretty much just point and shoot. The animals themselves are just okay but still very unrealistic looking they do move well enough but could definitely be better and more detailed. For those that just want some nostalgia of playing those old hunting games this is very much like the old games movement and gameplay are almost exact. I will say this, if you are a serious gamer or someone that expects a lot from a game this game will definitely not be for you. If you are a beginner or someone that just likes to dabble in video games you will probably get some enjoyment out of this one. I gave it three stars because it's not absolutely terrible but it's not absolutely great either it's just in the middle at about ok. I definitely would not pay more than $15 for it

Bought for my son, who loves hunting, he was excited and enjoys playing it.

純粋に“ハンティングのシミュレータ”です。 森林、荒野、雪山、草原他、12のエリア(進捗によりアンロック)で各10前後のミッション(決められたターゲットを狩猟)を進める感じです。ミッション中『○○を捕獲しろ』といったサブミッションが発生する場合もあり。 武器はメインとサブの２本持ち、他に動物の鳴き声笛や消臭スプレーといったアイテムを持参可能。 武器、アイテムについても、ミッションを進行させてアンロックできます。 単純な作業の繰り返し、モンハンのような武器や防具のカスタマイズといった遊びな部分はなく、ただただ狩猟を楽しむシンプルなゲームです。 あくまでもシミュレータですが、自分でミッションをカスタム出来たりフリーハントも可能。 リアルな狩猟免許は持ってないがハンティングがしたい！ってな方々には楽しくて仕方ないゲームです。
