Firstly, disregard ANY negative or low rated review of either this book, or the Salute to The Sun book which was published first. This system is subtle, and requires you to basically quiet your mind, breath and pay attention to the energies you "feel" and where you feel them during the stances or movements. The system works! The only reason I can think one might write a negative review is because one doesn't understand subtle energies, is jealous of the simplicity of the system, or is purposefully trying to persuade people "not" to use such a powerful and simple system. Get the books if you can, or purchase his latest book.

Haven't used it yet but this is way overpriced for a very small pamphlet which he should not have charged more than 10 dollars for. Wait until it comes out on kindle and then buy it.

Loved it!

I used the product to look at whether there was any use in balancing energy. I found that the system felt like a bit of a clodge, that has little or no flow to it. Using the rods that are meant to be used with this system seems to be useful by them selves, and I felt the two books to be rather useless, and not worth the purchase in my opinion. In my opinion its not really the recreation of an ancient Egyptian energy system. Its merely some made up postures with the help of a chi gong practitioner and consultant, that feels patched together, and rather useless in a broader sense. It does seem to offer a few balancing movements, but all in all merely circulating energy while holding the rods has some useful effect. In other words, buy the rods, and leave the books.....
