The media could not be loaded.  It doesn't spin very well at all, a second is being generous. The ring guard makes it awkward to hold. It doesn't have an obvious purpose. There are so many ball bearings inside that are open to the elements. It will be a matter of time before pocket lint and dust gets in there and seizes it up completely.

Barely spins at all.

UPDATE: After six months of occasional, but vigorous use, it is less smooth than it used to be and at times it seems to be stuck and doesn't spin freely at all. I have never put it in my pocket or gotten it dirty so this is not due to lint or dust or anything like that. I just don't think it is made to last. I have deducted one star because in my opinion it is prematurely failing. I expect it will slowly get worse and it there is an update I will revise this review. At this pace I will be very surprised if it lasts a year.Original review:This is my first fidget ring and I really like it. It comes in a hard zippered case, a polishing cloth, allen wrench and extra screws.There are no instructions provided with this, but the ring has a guard on it which can be removed. I did not know this until I read another review for this item. As far as I can tell this guard is there to help you keep your fingers off the spinning wheel so it doesn't stop prematurely, or to help give you leverage for a stronger spin on the outer wheel. However, the guard makes the ring more bulky.I liked the ring with the guard but liked it even better without the guard. After I removed the guard the spinner worked a lot faster, so it appears the guard is causing some friction with the spinner. After the guard came off the spinner could spin for about twice as long. The guard is removed with the included allen wrench.I am constantly fidgeting with my real ring and have come close to losing it many times. With this spinner I no longer fidget with the real ring and focus on this.There are all kinds of gadgets out there for fidgeting and not all of them will appeal to everyone. I actually don't like most of them but this was a natural for me since I so often fidget with a real ring. If you think this type of fidget gadget will appeal to you then I would definitely recommend it.When deciding on buying something I greatly depend on reviews from others, so I hope this helps you!

This is now my new favorite fidget spinner.I love that there are many different ways to fidget with it.I put it on my middle finger and spin the wheel with my thumb. It doesn't spin that well at all. But that's okay because it makes me want to keep spinning it. The ones that spin forever - I get bored really quickly because it's like I'm stuck having to just hold it and wait for it stop spinning. With this one, it's almost like it's designed to keep you spinning it.The outer rectangle can be spun too.The outer rectangle is also great when I just have the spinner in the palm of my hand I just squeeze it. Playing around with different positions so that the rectangle really hits on different spots on my hand and fingers.I have also had it on my middle finger and then spin the whole with my other one.Love the colourSuper easy to put in your pocket/purse or storeExcellent quality and well made

Surprisingly nice and high quality fidget device. The entire construction is metal, and it has that slight weight and heft to it that feels satisfying to hold and use. It isn't visually flashy, and only the low whirr of the small ball bearings when spinning gives it away. With lubrication, it could go even quieter and spin smoother. Highly recommend.

It's fun to wear this as a ring and spin it with your fingers. It makes a whirring sound so it could annoy others in a quiet room. The numerous ball bearings do a good job decreasing friction although I do think it could be a bit better in this regard. Each spin will last about 5 seconds.There are 2 ways to configure this - with the guard and without the guard. With the guard, it doesn't fit on any of my adult fingers except the pinky. Without the guard, it fits on all my fingers except the thumb. For kids, you may want to leave the guard on; for adults, take it off. I don't see the guard serving any other purpose as there is no safety issue.Overall build quality is very good. The metal fit and finish are excellent. It doesn't feel like some cheap toy at all.

The media could not be loaded.  Nice looking fidget, comes with a small carry case with tools and micro cloth. Solid design, all metal around a single ball bearing. My main issue with mine is this spinning fidget, does, not, spin!! It's brand new, just pulled it out and wiped it down but it won't spin more than 2 or 3 times before stopping. I don't know if this is normal but my other spinning fidgets spin freely for minutes which is what I was expecting from this. Super disappointed, looks nice.... Just wish it would spin, it has one job and it failed.
