Keeping cool in the kitchen
I love this neck cooler! I bought this to stay comfortable while cooking and it did not disappoint. It is easy to put on and the ice is rock hard. It stays cold for about an hour which is the length of time I need it to work. I then put it back in the freezer for next time. Works great for my purpose!

Cooling neck tube is not bad
I'm so heat intolerant and cooling towels never last long enough on my walks. For best results, wrap wet cooling towel around frozen neck ring it seems to keep my face cooler that way. It has been so hot I got to put it to the test. It used without a towel it does not harm the skin. It will melt faster with out the towel. I think my best results were wrapping it with a wet cooling towel. Though, I had to use a thin cotton dish towel the other day without wetting it and it worked well. It did melt a bit faster than the when I used the cooling towel. It lasts me about 55 minutes out in 85 and above decree tempts so far. It freezes nice and quickly in the refrigerator and where I keep it overnight for bests results on my walks. I have frozen it in the freezer, but move it to the fridge. I've also used it inside in 105 heat index to cool down. It can be used on the forehead, but it slips a lot. I will likely get another as I thought I need two, but the addition of the towel helps cool more of my face and not just the neck.It only last 55 minutes, but so worth it for me.

Helps to cool you down
Pro. This product works and helps to cool you down. In AZ playing sports in very hot weather I use cooling towels and tried this product and I like it.Con: I wish it lasted longer. It last about 45 min before it unfreezes in very hot weather. I need about 2 to last 1.5 hours in above 100 degree weather. It fell off once during sports so it stays on but could stay on better.Overall I would recommend this product.

Works great, as advertized, but didn't last
I bought one and it was great at keeping me cool during hot events where I sold items at art fairs. When it warmed up, I popped in in the cooler and within time it was good to go again. On really hot days I knew I'd need a second. One year later, when the outdoor art fare season came again, I pulled them out and one had leaked a little and shrunk by about 10%However, the second one was flat, having leaked out completely. This problem needs to be fixed if you want me to buy from you again.

Nice for the dog days of summer in the South
UPDATE 7/21: I discovered it does not stay cold outside nearly as long on very humid days (welcome to the South). I would say MAYBE only an hour if weather is 90 and muggy, wearing under my collar at a picnic and NOT doing physical labor. But I am still happy to wear it, and it does re-freeze fast if you put it in ziplock with ice water. So for folks at home/work without AC, this may offer you needed relief!Just ordered a 2nd one, very pleased! Also recommended to my overheated friends in the NW, where most do not have AC for the rare broiling days. Yes, it seemed REALLY overpriced. But I was so glad to wear it outside in the South’s usual 90 degree summer. I don’t function well above 85 degrees, and this was so helpful, especially getting into the oven of my car. I wore it OUTSIDE my blouse and under the collar, as suggested by others to extend the cooling. It lasted @1.5 hours on the shaded porch.I suspect the high price is due to the re-freezing magic — 20 mins is all that’s required in the frig, or the ziplock plus ice water if you are at work. And no embarrassing wet area around your neck from condensation, although who really cares about that when you are melting.I wish it did stay frozen longer, but I am happy with whatever gets me out the door on extremely hot days!

Who knew??
Like many women "of a certain age", my personal internal thermometer has gone haywire. I've tried lots of gadgets to help me, some work and some are a bust. I had bought one of those round-the-neck fans but they are SO LOUD that you can't even hear the TV over them, and it sounded like I was a jet airliner about to take off, but without a lot of air. Not something you want to be wearing at a picnic or in a movie theater.I saw this and was intrigued, but thought it would probably be all hype. I was wrong and this thing is pretty brilliant in its simplicity.Pop it in the fridge for a bit (I do it until it turns white inside) and then lay it round your neck. Done and done. It stays cool for hours and I was shocked because I haven't yet (knock on wood) had a hot flash with it on. It cools the back and sides of my neck which tells my brain that I am not shapeshifting into an active volcano. It also lays against my jugular vein which I think might help in cooling my circulatory system. Not so cold that it causes frostbite from leaving it on your skin, as might happen with an ice pack. It doesn't leak, doesn't have condensation (what??? seriously...no drippies!), and is not heavy. I bought the peppermint version, which is not too strong - if you don't like mint smells, you may want to steer away from it, though. Obviously it doesn't give off sound, so I can surreptitiously have it on in the car or around others without it bothering anyone. It's super comfortable, though I wouldn't go to sleep with it on. But if you're outdoors or just watching TV, you can barely tell it's circling your neck. I promise you, the next time we go on vacation to a warm climate, this is coming with me.I thought this was just another gimmick. I think it actually works, and is part of my regimen of taming these power surges of mine. PS - Learn from my fail: don't put it in the freezer because it will freeze rock solid.Hope you have as good results as I did.

Not Worth It
Does not cool me down or stay cold.

Does not last long enough
Like the product and concept but only lasts about 4 holes. Would recommend purchasing 2. One on you and 1 in your golf cart cooler. They do refreeze quickly in a golf cart cooler with ice. So comfortable I do not realize I have it on. Also, instantly cools me down.

It works.
It is comfortable and so easy to use and very effective. I get fierce head sweats ( rivulets from my brain stem and sopping wet hair) as an after effect of the brain and nervous system damage from late-diagnosed European Lyme disease. I use this device several times per day and it makes a huge difference in my comfort because it stops the profuse sweating. I love it. I will be getting another. Brilliant invention.

So Cool
Really needed this in recent days and it didn’t disappoint. Wish it stayed cold longer, but honestly it does the job just when you need it and it doesn’t take too long to cool down again.

Good cooling product but it has a bit of condensation.
I like the colour and the design of this neck cooling tube. It is useful for people who live in the tropical areas. Convenient to use it as just hang it on the neck, hands free.
