These tights/hosiery are THE most comfortable I have worn since I needed super plus size hose. I bought the 5/6 which was bigger than the suggested size, but being a very large apple shape with ginormous thighs I always have to size up. I didn’t need to. I could have very comfortably worn the smaller size. I am 5’3” and weigh 240 pounds my “waist” or as I like to call it, my circumference is 51”. These hose slipped on. YES. SLIPPED on. I did not have to contort and stretch and gasp for air while flopping around on the bed trying to squish all of myself into them. I slipped into them without breaking a sweat, pulling a muscle or feeling like I was going to have a heart attack. The material is richly and evenly colored and so soft. I never worried about the fabric tearing. I wore them for my daughters wedding and I was beyond comfortable. No tugging, no rolling, they were unnoticeable. I ended up not being able to change out of my dress and tights before leaving for home. I rode 5 hours straight through in a car, in these tights and I was completely comfortable. I cannot express how much I appreciate that there is a company making tights that are a delight for someone my size to wear.

I like these tights. They don't sag around the ankle. The waist is a bit tighter than I would like.

I bought these tights fully expecting them not to fit but I really needed tights and I'm TIRED of wearing leggings. When I put these tights on, I was surprised at the comfort and great looks of Berkshire's tights! Let me go into detail about the looks, they look just like sheer hosiery. Let me talk about comfort, the tights fit all the up and over my rather large hips and derriere. They're weren't tight nor loose. They were just right and I NEVER FOUND HOSIERY THAT WAS SO PERFECT FOR ME IN A VERY LONG TIME! I put on my dress and boots and I was ecstatic that I finally looked great and that I didn't have to ruin the look by wearing leggings. There will come a time that I'll lose weight and not have problems finding things that fit and look good but while I'm still plus size, at least I found something that works and I'll be buying a lot more of these tights. LADIES OF GIRTH, GET THESE TIGHTS!

I’ve just given up on trying to find a pair of tights that are easy to put on. Seems like no matter what size you order, they all look the same when you take them out of the package. This means they all look small and it will be impossible to get them to go further up than your knees. This may have been easy when I was in my twenties, but not anymore. I’m 5’6” and a mature woman and I just don’t think these are made for folks like us.

I really like these and it seems they are going to last me awhile as they are pretty thick but not too thick I was happy with the color, and size. However I will agree with some reviews that mention sizing, I generally take a 3x so I order the 3x and they fit fine although I thought they might be tight when I was putting them on. So I ordered more in the 4-5x and they are just a bit loose in places, but still fit fine. If you are generally a certain size but are tall or possibly bordering on the next size, go up to the next size. better to have more room than not enough. P.S. I went to order more and it seems they are now out of a lot of colors and sizes

I followed other reviews and sized up. I teeter between a 1X 2X depending on the brand, stretch etc. I bought these in a 5X-6X and they fit perfect.

These tights are comfortable, attractive and hopefully, given the price, durable. I promptly ordered more. I am 5’7 and weigh 210 and 1x-2x size is very comfortable and would fit someone much heavier with ease
