I have been making necklaces for several years. Holes in wooden beads are often 2 mm, and I need to enlarge the holes to 4mm in order to fit on the necklace. I WAS using a Ryobi drill, but it had more power than I needed, and it was heavy in my hand. I started to get an inflamed wrist from the weight and the repetitive motion. I read the reviews for this drill, and I am very glad that I purchased. This drill is great for increasing the holes in wooden beads. The drill is lightweight, and the power is just enough to drill the hole without being dangerous. As many of the reviews said, I DID have to jimmy the plug into the handle for recharging. After reading the reviews about how difficult it can be to get the plug in and out, I decided to just leave the plug in all the time, and just let it dangle. The USB end is easy to plug into my charger. This drill is the perfect size, speed, power, and weight for my crafting needs, and it would probably be great to small around the house jobs. Have been using this drill every day for 2 months, and no problems. I have previously replaced slats on my fence in the backyard, and my guess is that is drill would NOT have the power to do that. But, for a lightweight drill that won't put Grandma in the hospital, this is the tool for the job.

I wish I could give this drill 6 stars. It was by far the best purchase I ever made for a tool in my small apartment. The only issue it really has is that its not super powerful so some things need to be loosened by hand before the drill, but after-- its quick work! I got a set of Allen wrench bits to put together lots of different furniture and it made assembly and re-assembly a BREEZE!! Small and portable while able to be charged in a car or by your computer, this drill will be your best companion for household projects! :D

I’ve used this drill for a project I needed a cordless drill to make holes in a guitar body (wood, specifically Ash). For the most part it did the job well, and I was able to drill the screw placement for the pickguard and the bridge. Out of the box, it’s easy to use and assembly is easy since it has a keyless chuck which makes swapping the bits out a snap. I’ve dropped it short distances (3 feet give or take) and it’s held up so I think it’s a fairly durable unit for a less than $30 drill (at time of writing). It has a solid amount of power and charges with USB-C which I think is a pro as I use an existing charger to charge it. It looks solid and I used it with a portable drill press (attach the drill to it and insert the bit into the adapter’s chuck). My only complaint about this drill set is that one of the bits (specifically the 1/8 bit) broke while in use while trying to drill holes in the wood (it is now much smaller so it’s either stuck in the wood or it grinded so much while drilling). I’d recommend buying aftermarket drill bits from a brand like DeWalt, Black & Decker, Hyper Tough, etc. to use with this drill (and bonus if it’s a Brad point set). It’s nice, does the job, just needs some new bits (especially if you need one bigger than the provided set).

This is such a great deal! Great price and it works great. Light weight and comes with some bits to use right away. Like that it can be charged. You will need ro get a cord but a phone charger will work just fine.

I bought the Dekopro 8v Cordless drill set just to have as a minor project drill, nothing heavy duty. I buy and put together a lot of furniture items and this drill works perfectly for that! It took me a fraction of the time to get a dresser together. Bonus that it comes with drill bits AND screwdriver attachments. The charge lasted me the whole way through to the end of the dresser! Great drill!

Go through any sort of solid wood, this is a fantastic little drill. However, if you have to go through actual real solid wood, or are trying to drill into a stud, do not get this drill. It’s simply not strong enough for it and it can’t hold the fit well enough to properly drill holes in solid wood. I have to use the pliers to get a drillbit out of my cabinet because the grip kept slipping on the drill so the bit was just stuck through the cabinet door. I did manage to get the drill bit out and the drill itself still works fine. However, this is for drywall or very twin wood only. It used for the right thing, it’s great. Very lightweight, it’s really easy to use, not noisy. It comes with a lot of attachment, etc. but I would recommend using a label maker to remind yourself which side the button has to be pushed into to go backward or forward because I kept getting confused. I included have the stickers I made on it.No that could just be a knee problem.

great cordless drill...used it many times and haven't charged it yet. good power...many accessories with it. great price...would recommend this drill.

Me encanta! 🥰 Llevaba años queriéndome comprar uno pero pasaba sin él y ha merecido muchísimo la pena. El precio está muy bien y es muy completo y bonito. Lo pedí para montar una serie de muebles que me he comprado para mejorar el dormitorio y estoy muy satisfecha con la compra. La batería duró bastante, no tarda demasiado en cargar, viene con muchos accesorios, tardó súper poco en llegar y el diseño es ergonómico y ligero. Lo recomiendo totalmente 👌🏻
