I'm using this cookbook currently to cover up a vent in my house.2/3 of.the cookbook are desserts, literally, 2/3.The ones that aren't desserts are bizarre recipes that I would never make. This is coming from an American that adores cooking Indian, Mexican, Japanese, African, and middle eastern food.
