An all rounder device
Detailed review after using for 1 month--Brief background: Phones I had considered before buying the neo 6: Iqoo 9 SE, Moto edge 30, Poco F4, Oneplus 9RT, Realme GT2.1. Build quality: Despite the back being plastic.. it's built is pretty good. The back panel feels premium and after applying the clear case (included in box) noone will be able to tell if it's plastic back or glass back unless they remove the case and feel it for themselves. Frame is also plastic and imo it will get small amount of scratches over a period of time. Rating 8/10.2. Design: It's everyone's personal preference. For me, I like it's design and would probalby give a high rating of 8/10 for it's looks.3. In hand feel: It's weight distribution is pretty good and it feels solid in hand. Nothing to complain about here. Rating 9/10.4. Display: The E4 amoled used is easily amongst the best at this price range. The colors are very good..blacks are deep and no tint issue either. Supports HDR 10+ . Further, the bezels and chin are pretty thin and you won't notice them after applying the case. Though there are phones that offer even thinner bezels like moto edge 30 and even poco F4 but this slight difference won't matter unless you put them side by side. For its price I would rate it 9/10 here.5. Speakers: Pretty good. Though slightly treble centric and less bassy, the clarity and loudness is pretty good. Rating 8/10.6. Performance: SD 870 along with iqoo's optimization and 120hz RR makes this one of the best performance phones upto 30k. You won't find any lag or jittering in any day to day task. It's fluid in everything. Rating 10/10.7. Gaming: Only played bgmi(pubg) and I have been impressed by it's endurance. I have played for 4 continuous hours and it doesn't get heated. Further, it doesn't throttle the performance even after 4 hours. It provides constant 60 fps in majority of scenarios barring a few like bootcamp hot drop where it might drop a few frames but even then nothing comes close to its performance upto 30k. (though the poco F4 is almost as good). Rating 9/10.8. Cameras: Now comes the real test as cameras are very important to me.Selfie: The best selfie phone till 30k. Skin tones, details, color science everything is on point. Rating 10/10.Back camera: The main 64MP sensor clicks beautiful images. The colors are slightly boosted but in a way that makes it look more pleasing(vivo's algorithm). The night mode is really functional and captures a lot of light in dark scenarios. Rating: 9/10.Ultrawide: It's not bad but also not impressive. Though the color science and image quality is pretty decent but owing to the 8MP sensor, the details are sometimes missing. They should have given the 13MP sensor of the 9SE. Rating 6/10.Macro: Useless.Videography: Pretty good again. Rating 9/109. Battery: Amongst the best in this price range. Under normal usage, it will easily last 1.5 days. On heavy usage, it will still last a day.Add to it the 80W fast charging that charges it fully in 33 minutes from 9% to 100% when i measured. No complaints here either. Rating 10/10.10. Software: Funtouch OS has improved a lot lately and it has become pretty decent. Though there are some bugs and glitches which sometimes ruin the experience and other OS like color and realme are better, it's manageable imo and not that bad either. It offers a lot of customisation features and majority of the bloatware can be uninstalled. Rating 7/10.Conclusion: IMO, it's the best value for money phone that you can buy right now.It literally doesn't have any major con. Though the Poco F4 comes close but trusting Poco after seeing their past 2 year track record is difficult. One important argument:Some people complain about it's plastic back which to some extent is justified at this price point. Glass looks more premium and will not get scratches over time. However, they should note that:1. Plastic helps in better heat dissipation, hence better thermals.2. There's no risk of it getting breaked if the phone accidentally falls( glass back can break even if its GG5)3. The plastic used is not cheap. In fact you won't be able to tell it's plastic unless you hold it in hand and feel it. Further, I think the back panel will get very less scratches seeing it's quality. Only the frame is more susceptible to scratches.4. 99% of people use the phone with a case. So plastic or glass back should be the last point of debate while buying a phone imo. Will add to this in case I have missed any point.

The best mobile under 25k.....A performance Beast!
Get it with blind eyesUsing it since the last 25 days and it has never lagged, stuttered, jittered or hung. Not a single time it has disappointed me(I don't play games at all, nor do I use the camera for an extended period of time).Pros:1. Charging - goes from 7% to 100% in 32 minutes flat, and it does it with consistency and linear speeds and the mobile never heats up.2. Performance - can handle 7 to 10 apps without any issues, however some apps reload if left unused for few minutes due to inefficient RAM management, but the mobile never breaks a sweat, throw anything at it.3. Call Quality - Comms work really well on this, be it network calls or data calls.4. Heat Management - Simply Fantastic, under my usage, be it indoors or outdoors during noon and such hot weather of Mumbai when the temp is nearly 43 degrees celcius, the mobile has never warmed up, it gets mildly warm only when you make lengthy video calls under sunlight. Also worth mentioning are the capabilities of this phone for e.g. when you boot the phone for the first time to set it up, there are tens of different processes running in the background plus few more are initiated by you, some major and various other small updates, installations and customisation all are being done together and in tandem for a lengthy period of time, still this mobile didn't break a sweat nor did it get any warm, every mobile does get warm during this period.Fingerprint Reader - it's as fast as a blink, with efficiency rate of over 98%, it hardly ever fails, lags, or stutters. FANTASTIC.Touch - The touchscreen is good and efficient, no false or missed touches noted.Cons:1. Display - it's just okayish, nothing great, my 3 years old, below 14k phone with IPS LCD panel can match up with it handsomely, even beat this under certain scenarios. Under sunlight brightness is acceptable but the colours appear to be washed out and certainly the brightness don't match the figures on the paper. Netflix does look distinctly clear, vivid and crisp, all other media apps look ordinary.2. Build quality - it's premium but doesn't feel robust. The weight is well balanced though.3. Selfie Camera - I am not a camera guy but the selfie cam is surely not great, it's just acceptable.4. Network Bands - Only four 5G bands, however two of the most popular and widely used by JIO and one by Airtel are included.5. WhatsApp - there is a severe bug in WhatsApp video calling, the video while picture in picture mode keeps blinking and doesn't respond to touches for few seconds, you cannot enlarge, cancel or do anything while this happens to that minimised little video, after 10 odd seconds it becomes responsive.Neutrals:1. Battery - the battery will last for whole day under heavy usage (gaming not counted). You can easily do insta reels/calling/messaging for hours, some WhatsApp, network calling, browsing, multimedia usage, fitness apps, also keep it connected to a smartwatch, use other apps and still there will be 10% left at around 11pm(I plug the charger at 7am and unplug at 7.30am). I'd say the battery is decent for the hardware that's been packed in.2. Funtouch OS - In my usage I've experienced few minor random bugs here and there, but nothing serious to make you feel crippled to execute your tasks. Worth mentioning is the fact that it's an all inclusive OS with various features and tools baked in, A layman need not hunt for various tools like recorder etc over playstore/elsewhere. Sadly few uninstallable bloatware are baked in too, approximately 9. However they do not hamper your usage experience. My experience with it is very pleasant.3. Main Camera - Does justice to it's price, night pics deserve special mention. Worth recommending.⭐Please see the battery usage screenshots to see how the Battery performs⭐
