Slightly more intermediate ice cream book. Beautiful pictures and well written, somewhat short. I will have to work through a more beginners book first before I can really put this one to good use.

Not what I was expecting. But still a nice book.

Saw this at Williams and Sonoma for a lot more than what I got it for on Amazon! The book is great with good pictures and easy to follow recipes!

This book has very relevant recipes, however they are nothing special.I checked out 10 ice cream making books from the library and read them.This book offers all of the standard recipes without any of the flair that other books have.Don't get me wrong, the recipes in here are great, there is just nothing unique about them, nothing that make these recipes specific to the author.
