Excellent quality cake pans. Nice weight and desserts bake up very well. Would buy more products from this manufacturer.

This is the second time I purchased this pan. I think the first one lasted about 5 years or so, so it's worth every penny. This pan is high quality; it has a good weight and is easy to clean. The lid fits very well, I would say airtight. The first pan's lid was a bit more difficult to get off, but this one is more user friendly. The design of the pan helps cakes and brownies bake evenly. Nothing sticks, it's easy to remove a piece of cake with a silicone spatula. We used the old one at least 3 times a week for various things, cakes, casseroles, brownies, etc. The whole time, the lid never failed, the pan never rusted, it worked perfect until this last Christmas when we took it to a family event and left it behind, only to get it back about 2 weeks later, unwashed and ruined. That's the only reason it had to be replaced. I would say this is a quality pan that would last a very long time if taken care of and not be left behind for someone else to care for. Highly recommend it!

I purposefully purchased a Farberware product because I have had great success in the past with this brand. This product does not disappoint. At first, I did not appreciate the look of the pan. Once I used it, the baking capacity was even, the quality of the pizza was better than I have ever experienced, an overall quality of cooking throughout the entire pizza. Pizza was evenly cooked through the entire pan, even with cooking various thickness of pizzas, all were evenly cooked to perfection.

The pans are good quality, medium weight, and the cookie sheet is insulated. The pizza pan worked great and produced a crisp but not overbaked crust. I haven't used the cookie sheet yet.
