These are very short. However, they're definitely universal and could truly fit anyone since the side straps are adjustable.

It worked great for my granddaughter. It was her first time in a swimming pool. It fit perfectly, she only two years old and it can adjust to her size

Great for my 3 year old!
Perfect for my 3 year old for boating on the lake! Not too bulky or hot so it was easy keeping it on her. She also could swim in it.

This vest is not universal size for an average adult.
This vest is a universal Adult size, that being said it is only rated for under 90 lbs and will only fit a medium sized child. Otherwise average quality.
