No Documentation at all
I was disappointed to find there was no documentation with the product. No receipt of BOL. No repair parts list. Nothing to tell me about replacing batteries or light bulb. The pad for the arm strap lasted less than a month. Again here is where some documentation would have been handy so a new pad could have been ordered. When the Ergobaum crutches first arrived I called the company and was told the documentation had not been translated. I emailed the person that emailed to ask if I needed 1 or 2. The reply told me documentation was on the way. So far 3 weeks and waiting.
