Will you be getting anymore of your olive tree in stock soon? Thanks

Yes, olive tree will be restck in 2 week

Hello is it possible to buy this plant with a white pot?

I'm sorry to tell you that all our artificial plants use black plastic pots. Our customers usually buy a good-looking flower pot and put the artificial tree in it. Perfect for decorating spaces

What basket would fit this please?

My basket is 45cm wide by 40cm high , I hope this helps 😊

I have a faulty 5.5ft Olive tree. 175cm box is too big for couriers to take. How do I return pls. My messages are not being answered.

I've returned items similar to that size recently.. First of all look up where your Evri drop off shops are locally to you and go in and ask them do they accept that size for returns. If they say yes request a return from Amazon but not the collection at your home one. Most of them at the shops print a label for you, or you can print it yourself as Amazon send it to you by email. Show them this at the shop for printing or print yourself at home etc. I remember I had a problem waiting delivery info but they did eventually contact me. I didn't feel confident with them though. Hope this helps and you get sorted. Thanks
