A little sweeter and less acidic and less harsh flavored than Heinz brand apple cider vinegar.
This is great for salad dressings and other preparations where you want the apple flavor to come through before the harshness of the vinegar flavor hits your taste buds. It kind of reminds me of the taste of undiluted, frozen apple juice concentrate that has thawed mixed with distilled white vinegar.
