They give you a spatula to use with the pan. The spatula melts super easy. I don't recommend using it. Just use a set of chopsticks. The pan itself is great. It's light, easy to clean, and nothing stuck to it in any way.

I bought this specifically for making tamagoyaki so the size and shape are fine. Overall, it's cheaply made mostly because the bottomshould be a thicker, heat conducting material but it's just a thin coat of paint like the sides. Disappointed.

This cute little omelet pan is perfect for early morning breakfast and is very easy to clean. The pan can be used for square pancakes, grilled cheese, or small quesadillas! The pan cooks evenly and is easy to use.

My goodness, it's made by thin sheet material, and too small, so I returned!.

For some reason, I thought it would be a little bit bigger, which is not anything serious and I’m sure it has actual dimensions listed somewhere and I just didn’t read them, haha.But it’s just the right size for a personal-size, 2-3 egg omelet log, and my family loves what I can make with my “toy omelet pan”.All in all, if you like tamagoyakis and want to make your own, this seems like a nice way to ease yourself into it, because it’s not expensive, and a good pan to learn the method of making them with.
