So easy to use and the water tastes wonderful. And very affordable.

I chose this because it is one of the kind that says it filters out the metals not just the possible chlorines. I followed the instructions regarding the cleaning and prep of the filter. What I don't like is the black charcoal that is staining the " sink " of my humidifier.. so for this reason I might return it. I don't know how the LCD? is supposed to work.. I've filled and emptied it 5 time's. There is no manual for this. Maybe I need a newer filter instead of the one included. What I like about the vessel is the shape and size but if the filter keeps leaving black residue I must return it and look for another one.UPDATE Regarding the LCD, I reread the PDF I see how to use it now.. it's a schedule for filter replacement. ☺ Rtb. Sleek, modern look. Beautiful blue color lid and insert. Quality materials and construction. Slim design fits well in my refrigerator. Filter sits firmly in place and water does not leak around filter (as found in some other brand pitchers).Bonus of LCD timer feature on lid of pitcher to remind me when to change the filter.Four stage filter works well thus far. Although the pitcher came with a filter, we ordered additional alkaline water filters to aid in healing from major illness.Overall VERY pleased with products.

I like that it doesn't leak and that is it! The filter falls out half the time. The hole to refill on the top is so ridiculously difficult to maneuver, I just remove the lid to refill. Also, bottom is slimmer than the top, and I have discovered it tips over easily. I won't be buying from this company again, as when they asked how I liked it and I told them, their response was.....oh well, guess you must have gotten a faulty pitcher. Suggest you return it.

We love this pitcher!! The size is just right - slim and compact so it doesn't take up a lot of space compared to the Mavea we had!

I like the size, but the box said it has an LCD timer, but it doesn’t. The refill “timer” is an analog, manual device, which is fine but believe it or not, it’s confusing. The number sequence skips by three, then by two, then three...(1,4,6,9,etc.) Why? I contacted the company, but they explained how to work the LCD timer, which I don’t have on my pitcher. When I contacted them again, I didn’t hear back. Plus, after filling and discarding the first two fills to clean the new filter, the next refills had a strong taste. It seems better now (or I have gotten use to it?)

Works well and does what it's supposed to do. Water tastes great and doesn't have that odd smell of tap water. I'd definitely buy it again. I would recommend getting a few extra filters with your purchase..

I have only been using it for a couple of days and, so far, I really like it. The instructions on how to set it up were very easy to follow. I haven't used a filter pitcher in many years and I was a little skeptical in the beginning, but I can truly say that I am very happy with the results. I love the taste of the water and I also like that I don't have to go to the store all the time to get bottled water.
