I ordered the 3-pack and only received on blade. How do I get amazon to correct this?

Will these cut better than the autoblades?

Yes, I think these are better. I've been having problems with the autoblades slipping and wriggling out of the holder during cutting; these rachet blades stay put. A little less convenient (because you have to manually change the blade depth), but I'm much happier with the results!
