Does these inflation needles break easily?

The pull force test data shows ETENWOLF‘s inflation needles break only when the pull force > 150 pounds, that means it's very difficult to break it. As long as you do not lose it, you can always use it without worrying about the breakage.

Can anyone confirm these have internal threads?

they have external threads. It is a male connection to screws in to the pump hose female connection
