This product trully works! I tried couple of different menopause natural supplements and ACTIF does the charm. It helped me sleep, my hot flashes are not that extreme. And it is Organic!

There seems to be benefits I’ve experienced personally with this product.

It's hard to tell if this works, or if it's a result of my diet and exercise habits. However, I can say that I have not had any hot flashes or night sweats since I started taking it. So I'm going to lean towards saying that this works! The only thing I don't like about this product is that it has a really strong smell. Also, these are tablets and not capsules, which I find harder to swallow because they're fairly large.

When I write a review I give four stars for meeting expectations and five for exceeding expectations; this receives five stars for exceeding my expectations. At the time of order, the price was $35.96 which is reasonable to me considering the information I found on the bottle and online. The formula is a good one for me, one tablet will basically give you a daily multi-vitamin with herbal supplements for menopausal support. These tablets are a on the larger size but coated and easy to swallow. Oh my goodness, though, that SMELL! Seriously, it’s quite strong - even for a supplement - very hard to describe, almost meaty. Fortunately it doesn’t linger on the tongue or have an aftertaste, and I’ve noticed no digestive issues or other side effects. I do wish there weren’t so many “extra” vitamins along for the ride, though; too many products include other vitamins/minerals which can cause some real math headaches as I try to determine if I’m getting too much of something (I’m looking at you, calcium, Vitamin B, Vitamin D, and, and, and! I’m already taking a multi-vitamin so this is a bit overkill). It’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you're already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. At the same time, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. It’s been several weeks and I haven’t noticed a dramatic difference in the way I feel but if that changes as time goes by I’ll update my review accordingly. I have a lot of trouble swallowing these pills. They are large hard pills wihtout much covering.

I got these at the request of my wife. She's been taking them for over a week now and has some thoughts. The first thing you notice is that the pills are HUGE. She's kind of petite, so she had some issues with this. Next, the smell and taste are unpleasant. Hard to describe and not too dissimilar to other supplements, but still not great. The biggest issue here is that they didn't seem to have any effect. I guess the plus here is that there were no bad side effects. The minuses are the smell/taste, pill size and...well...they just didn't really work. She will not be continuing with these pills.
