Fiber One 70 Calorie Cinnamon Coffee Cake Soft Baked Bars, 18 ct, 16 oz

I was pleasantly surprised by how good these taste for a 70 calorie, high-fiber snack. The cinnamon coffee cake flavor comes through nicely and gives them more of a dessert feel than a typical fiber bar. The bars are soft and have a nice texture rather than being dry or overly chewy. They are not very large, but I think the size is just right when I want something sweet without having a full dessert. They are also individually wrapped, which makes them easy to throw in a bag or keep around for a quick snack. I especially like that I can get a decent amount of fiber while only having 70 calories and 2 grams of sugar. Obviously, they do not taste exactly like a freshly baked piece of coffee cake, but for what they are, they are really enjoyable. The box of 18 is a good size and should last a while. I would definitely get these again, especially when I want something sweet that is portion controlled.

These are so yummy. They do remind me of a slightly less decadent Cinnamon Coffee Cake you make get at a bakery. They also are Keto which is fantastic for me. My husband (a sugar and snack expert that is not worried about Keto or fiber intake) tries to eat them as well so I think that says something. It is a good value for your money too compared to a lot of other fiber/keto snacks. They also are low in calorie so eating them feels very low guilt!

My Fiber One Cinnamon Coffee Cake 70 Calorie Soft Baked Bars, have great flavor, although a little mild, the texture is nice and soft. The problem I have is the box they were shipped in was squished. The contents were not damaged but I think that was just luck on some ones' part. Any how Amazon should be more careful and or thoughtful because I might have had a box full of crumbs. NOT GOOD...

I start almost every day with one of these or the chocolate chips ones. A whopping 7 grams of fiber for only 70 calories! And you know what else I like? Not overly sweet! Just right. So many companies make these lower calories alternatives sickenly sweet. Not this one. Im a steady buyer.

They are fresh, easy to open, and delicious to eat. The price is adequate as long as it don't get raised up.

I wanted to love these because the cinnamon coffee cake flavor sounded amazing, but they were just okay. They have a pleasant cinnamon taste and are soft enough, but the flavor isn’t as rich as I was expecting. They also seem a little dry so they don’t really satisfy a craving for coffee cake. The individually wrapped bars are convenient for tossing in a lunch or keeping at work and the lower calorie count is a plus. Overall they’re a decent snack if you’re looking for something light but I don’t think I’d buy this flavor again.

More to a box when you buy them here. So good!

They are sooooo good! Soft, flavorful and they are an easy way to get a little extra fiber in. So definitely a win-win. Will be buying again for sure!

Weird after taste

The bars were tasty, but unfortunately they were squashed into an Amazon envelope instead of being placed in a box. The box they came in was flat in the envelope and broken. The bars are also broken. Will not order again if that is the way they are packaged.
