The reel is just "meh," but the card holder is PERFECT. It was hard finding a ID card holder to hold two cards- but this one does a great job of holding my metro card and student ID securely.I've not had my cards slip out even once- and even more impressive, it holds securely my damaged student ID.

Item arrived on time ans as advertised. Sturdy badge holder i have two badges for our building so the front and back slots worked out. Everything seems well made nothing cheap feeling. The retractor works great and hasn't snagged or failed yet.

Badges didn't fit. I measured my badges before buying. One of my badges is slightly thicker than the other. However even the thinner one wouldn't fit. The case ended up bending my badges. I have to get replacement badges. However I did give 2 stars because I did receive the item, it was a hardcase and all components were there.

I end up not needing this item but I will save it for the future it's super strong I think it will last for a while. I would still recommend it.

Card holder broke within 1 week of owning. Really glad I was able to look down in time and see my badge and ID laying on the ground before someone else retrieved them. The retractable portion works as expected even though the metal clip surround has popped off on more than 1 occasion leading me to believe that someday it will completely fail.

I love this badge so much! I am a student that needs to get out the school ID to scan to get into the library and it's a hassle to stop and pull it out but now, I attached this badge onto my backpack zippers and just whip it out, scan and go! I don't have to worry about losing my school ID because this badge is made to secure the card very good.

A little hard to get the cards in and out of the holder, but definitely holds them well and they won't fall out. Note that the retractable holder is a hook type that you could hook on a belt loop or through a button hole, but it does not have a clip to attach it to a lapel.

Dual badge does fit two cards but it’s really hard to get both in. And it’s even harder to take one in and out which I need. So if you use one card on a regular, this is not the card holder for you. But if you want a badge holder just to hold two cards, then it is. I’m upset because I need to be able to take one in and out, so this isn’t for me
