Very deceptive images. This is for the extension STRAP ONLY. I paid extra for overnight shipping and now it's going to cost me to return it. What a waste of money. Please add some honest images so people know this is just a strap. The pad is in every picture and is not included. Granted the description is accurate but your pictures should be as well.
