Intercom on Starting Up

Having read a ton of material on how to achieve startup success, this is probably the most useful book on the subject, particularly in relation to a software tech startup (and particularly any SaSS model). Just great material, well-written.

I bought the book directly from Intercom and I can't tell you if I like it or not. My eyes aren't what they used to be unfortunately and I just could not read much of the book. Much of its text is fluorescent red over white, which makes it impossible for me to read it without painful eye strain.Intercom, I love your product - but you have to do something about the text color in this book.

So much common sense in this book. Practical, down to earth advice on the pitfalls of starting up. Love the personal stories from the early days of Intercom.

Really insightful stuff in this book. Definitely worth a read for anyone in the industry
