Initial unit had an issue - Seller resolved issue in a timely manner - Excellent product!
I love this computer! The initial unit had an issue, but the seller was responsive in fixing the issue. Since the issue has been resolved, I've been very happy with the computer! I do not do any heavy gaming, so I cannot speak to that, but it works well for general office and work tasks!

So far so good except fan was unplugged
It seems well made. Fan was unplugged and was causing me issues but I plugged it back in and good to go now

Buena relación precio - calidad
Equipo económico, bien construido, que para tareas ofimáticas o de emulación cumple sobradamente.

Less than a year old and dead as a doornail
I bought this primarily for gaming. It's lasted about 8 months, but just dies mid-game. I thought replacing the obviously dead power supply (no green light when pugged in) would do the trick, so I bought a matching power supply from Amazon ... and nothing happens when plugged in. What a waste of money this turned out to be. Piece of garbage!

Decent system, with some issues and caveats
Edit: 6 months later, it's resetting itself randomly. I thought it was GPU temp related, but it just did it to me twice in five minutes just sitting at idle. Waste of $.---I've had one of these for about a month, and I knew what I was getting myself into beforehand and was prepared for some tinkering. Frankly, I was looking for a system with a half decent cpu and dual lan ports to run some router and lightweight server tasks, and the $300+ prices on old celeron boxes from 2015 weren't sitting well! The cpu in this is inadequately cooled and the system overall has poor airflow with some high heat components mounted underneath the motherboard. Specifically the ram is on the bottom of the mobo right under the cpu (yikes!) and the nvme drives are under an open portion of the motherboard with the chipset and so forth. This over/under arrangement is actually something I wish more motherboard makers would do for larger vertical cases, so that the ram/drives could be upgraded easily without working around pcie cards and motherboard armor, and having a high heat source item like a gen 4 nvme drive sitting right next to your cpu cooler and graphics card. Put them on the other side of the motherboard and provide airflow! They did that here, minus the airflow. The setup lets you add memory and storage by just removing the bottom cover, 8 screws. But all of the airflow is from one undersized blower cooler with just one heat pipe on the cpu vs the expected 2 or 3, So it'll thermal throttle and slow down. Mine did. I was just doing a windows disk cleanup and the system hit 92.3C. Note that the blower style cooler is ducted to blow air over the cpu and right out the back. The rest of the system is left to fend for itself. If your situation or applications demand 100% cpu/gpu usage for more than a minute or two sustained, the system will hit concerning levels of 90C and up. A partial solution is to buy a 140mm usb powered fan with speed control set to "low" for about 12 to 15 dollars and position it over the two air cutouts in the top of the case, creating positive air pressure inside and the only way for it to escape is out the rear. This doesn't solve the cpu getting into thermal throttle/shutdown area if you keep pushing it, but what it DOES do is lower the overall thermals of the entire motherboard and its components so it can soak up a more sustained, longer burst of use. The idle temp of the system without the top case fan blowing in is over 50C. With the fan, it's in the mid to upper 30's. The cooling system presents NO sensors/controls to the operating system, and fiddling with the settings in the bios doesn't produce any better results. For better or worse, the fan just won't spin fast enough to make noise, perhaps by design. I did have it kick on extremely high just one time when I was blowing air into the case, so I know that it CAN, but it won't.Memory. Advertised as ddr4-3200, implication that there's dual channel. You get a single stick of ddr4-2666, so the whole system runs slower, since it relies on memory clock to set the infinity fabric speed. I worked that out with the seller and installed this dual channel, dual rank 3200 memory set. The performance of the cpu and gpu went up by 20-60%. But that somewhat worsens our thermal problem without that extra case fan blower.https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B098TYN671The bottom line is you'll get a system that doesn't match the described specs, and for the worse, and the big 5800H won't be able to run full speed. If you need a system with periodic bursts of power but not a sustained high impact 8 core load, this can be an excellent value at the price it goes for on sale with coupon, or as a lightning deal! For my longer term need as a router, I can turn the tdp on the cpu on this unit down to 15 watts and have a pretty high powered little home router/server that sips power. As a desktop that can spurt through opening Chrome with 20 tabs or having a ton of background stuff running in virtual machines that aren't huge loads...its the as mentioned bargain.

Very disappointed, a bad product and terrible customer service, equals a total waste of money
I bought this PC from CHUWI, I was expecting a good quality product. This PC stopped working around 4 months of purchased, I knew the issue was a defective SSD (all my data was lost), I contacted CHUWI and they did nothing to help me. So I had to buy a new SSD and reinstall windows and all my lost programs and I made the PC work again. Then again, 10 months after purchasing this PC, it just suddenly stopped working again!I contacted CHUWI once again, they answered me, but they did not offer any solution.I'm very disappointed with the CHUWI brand, and I'm very frustrated with their customer service. This was a total waste of money!
