I was hoping to get the tables that I usually get, but capsules came instead. The product is the same, I assume, but capsules have the added material that are not so easy to swallow.

Item was sealed with a plastic ring on the outside but the inside seal was tampered with and there were capsules with oil instead of charcoal.
