Less than 1 year after purchase the gears began ripping the seat cover. I figured I might buy a replacement cover from the chair company.After contacting the business a dozen times over 5 months, and being told each time that the "warehouse is moving locations, call back in 2 weeks when things are settled" I'm giving up and defaulting to a freelance repair.The price is right, but get the insurance because this will break.

Big takeaways are: This thing is a great purchase. I am still figuring out all of the different modes and settings, but the antigravity works amazingly, the massager has helped my back a ton, and the foot rubber is a godsend. Whats crazy is I ordered this chair on a thursday and it arrived on a monday. The delivery company was really great, called me in advance with a window, and then helped me get it to my apt (which was not necessary for them to do).I was a little overwhelmed by choice when shopping for massage chairs, especially since there are so many different price ranges to choose from. But this chair is definitely a great option if you are looking to not spend 10 grand.Would 100% recommend this chair, and the company generally, to anyone looking to make a purchase.Pros:- Good price.- Shipped well and in good shape.- With the air bags and heat it can be used as just a super comfortable lounger if you don't want to get a full on massage.- Massage function actually works really well, has helped my back a ton.Cons:- Does make a fair bit of noise if not on carpet or soft flooring, and even then its still not silent, but to be honest its a mechanical machine so what would you expect?- Assembly instructions are a bit vague. Although there are only a few steps required to take the chair from box to functioning, some of them are a little complex and tricky. I had to phone a friend who had the same chair to figure out how to do it because the instructions didn't really tell me much

Ok so this review has been a long time coming, I bought this some time before November last year and one of the reasons I bought from this seller was everyone saying how good the customer service was and spending this much I want to make sure I have support (know what I mean?). Anyways I got the chair and was using it through Christmas of 2018 then when I got to January the part that goes up and down on your back stopped working. I was instantly worried and figured I knew this crap wouldn't work BUT I called the seller they did not answer I left a message, within 24hrs I got a call back and he told me he knew what was wrong and he would send me the part!CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT …….. THESE GUYS SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS …. !!!I received the part in short order with instructions it was simple to replace... just needed Philips head and done deal very simple my chair is back in business.Maybe I should talk about the chair now (lol) the chair works really well the air back tighten where they should and gives a cumportable massage there is a stretch mode that is soooooo good .... makes you wonder if it will rip you apart soooooo nice and stretched out. I'm 6'1" and it works well for me, the foot portion can extened even more feels good tight squeeze, I wish I had bought the higher level model for some other extra features but i was scared spending the money but this thing works great yall !! The remote control is self expanatory, just play with it. I am pleased with my purchase and the customer service is really good !!

Rated 4 stars based on the overall performance wouldve rated 4.5 based on value.Im a hardcore in terms of the massage and stretch just how I prefer Thai Massage where extreme pressure applied plus stretching. It has all the features of Infinity Evoke and Osani 7000 for less than half the price.Its all worth it not only for me and my wifey but to the whole family, we have 6 TeenAger boys whom are all athletes. The Stretch mode made me feel like a Lakers player being stretched by theyre therapist prior to the games and I do that everyday before going to work. Plus, Imagine long hours of work then getting a relaxed or recover massage. All your hardwork have been revived. Makes you relaxed, calm and rejuvinate.Its not a perfect massager as I needed to place the extra cushion included with the package coz it really massages you deep. Overall its really worty the investment and should have purchased long time ago.Shipping is much faster than anticipated coz were here in LA and its coming from San Diego (too bad had to pay taxes). Othewise, just zip the seat to the leg assembly and its ready for use coming in 1 piece. Trust me, didnt even looked at the manual for assembly. I love this chair and use it daily. I am 5'9" which fits me perfectly. My husband is 6'3" and it is a little short for him but he loves it as well, my daughter is 5'4" and she is too small for the chair, the shoulder pads do not even touch her. This is the second massage chair I have ever purchased and the first one, a different brand, was much more expensive, bulky and heavy. This chair is easy to move around for cleaning. I really love it!

1) Made for small people only2) The arm massage is hard to get your arms into especially when you are trying to use the control3) Not a lot of ways to control the massage e.g. soft or hard, just upper or lower, legs only etc.4) Had to put another cushion on the back the first time I used it5) Not comfortable to just set and relax without the massage onGreat Customer Service - without asking, they sent me some cushions to make it more comfortable, and they do help allot.

I wish I could give this 0 stars instead of 1 star. This company was INCREDIBLY difficult to deal with. I would absolutely NOT recommend buying this chair if you're looking for a good product or good customer service because not only was I not happy with the chair, but it took me almost 3 months to return this item and get refunded because the company tried fighting me every step of the way.I bought this chair as a gift for my father. When it came, he said the chair was painful and not a pleasant massage at all. There was also no function to lower the intensity of the massage, which is ridiculous. AND there was also a small scratch on the side of the chair. All of these factors caused me to request a refund. Here's where it got very messy.When I requested a refund, they tried everything they possibly could to try to change my mind. They responded to my first few emails with ESSAYS about why I was wrong to not be satisfied with the chair. Then they would take days and sometimes a full week to respond when I would dispute what they said. They honestly tried doing whatever they could to keep my money. After a couple of weeks, I filed an Amazon A-Z claim against them, which caused them to FINALLY agree to refund me (because Amazon guaranteed I'd be refunded one way or another). Since they agreed to refund me, I closed the Amazon A-Z case, but then they would stop responding to my messages again until I would eventually have to file another claim. They did this every time I tried to move the process forward: I'd file a claim, they'd respond, I'd close the claim, then they would disappear until I filed another claim. I had to open and close maybe 7-8 claims against them to keep pushing them to move the process forward. It was ridiculous.Once they finally sent a shipper to pick up the chair, they then provided incorrect customs broker information to the shipper so the chair was stuck at the border for a full week. I was getting constant emails from the shipper threatening to send it back to me and charge me for the inconvenience, and I had to follow up with the company maybe 5 times (and file another claim with Amazon) before they finally fixed their mistake.THEN when the company finally received the chair, they AGAIN tried not refunding me by claiming they couldn't find the scratch I was talking about. I sent them the same pictures I sent the first time and they once again stopped responding. After a week, I filed another claim against them and Amazon finally just refunded me the full amount.All in all - HORRIBLE company, HORRIBLE experience. Amazon thankfully supported me and refunded me in the end, but I requested a refund mid-December and didn't get my money back until early March. This chair held up thousands of dollars from me for months, wasted hours of my time, and was just generally an absolute nightmare.

The media could not be loaded.  It should be repaired as soon as posslble!A week passed, but the manufacturer didn't give me an answer about when torepair. The sound of the massage chair is getting louder and louder. It isimpossible to massage while sitting. Let the service personnel repair itquickly! thank you!
