The PILOT Precise V5 Retractable Rolling Ball Pen with Liquid Ink in Extra Fine Point (0.5mm) Black has quickly become my favorite pen. I absolutely love these pens! They are super juicy and write extremely well. The colors are extremely vibrant and the packaging came in good condition.

I use these for note taking, journaling, etc. I love the way they write and the colors are beautiful. The fine point pen helps with accuracy and no bleed over. However, if you hold the point of the pen on the paper too long, it will start to bleed, so there's that. Otherwise, these are great pens to use.

After about 25 years experience using pens, the Pilot Precise V5 RT is far and away my favorite. I never thought I would have such pen brand loyalty, but these are so good! They write smoothly and consistently, and the link is high-contrast without being reflective at all, such that it is always easily legible even in sub-optimal lighting situations. I decided to treat myself and get them in an assortment of colors.One thing to note is that these are the type of ink that saturates through the page - this is part of what makes them so nice to write with and read, but it also means that they are best suited to writing on one side of the page on thin (e.g. basic notebook) paper, since they show through to the other side a little bit. No issues on thicker paper.

I first began using these pens a couple of years ago when I transitioned from 0.7 tips to 0.5. First purchased from Target, I frequently restocked on the small pack of black, blue, and red pens. Love how smoothly they bleed and the various colors (not all shades are the same - there are some dark blues, sky blues, hot pinks, light pinks, etc).I love to color coordinate my notes during meetings at work and also tend to lose pens here and there, so I decided to go all out and buy this one. I love all of the colors minus the yellows (they don’t show very well).Will definitely buy again!!

These are the most pleasing pens I've found. They flow across paper nicely, and give a fine, precise line. I'm not entirely sure why some ones just feel better, but these are my go to for note taking. I find they also last a long time, so the overall value is great.

This may seem like an enticing deal, but that is only if you will truly find yourself using all of the pens. Since I mostly write in a professional setting, I only had the chance to use the dark blue, the black, and occasionally the red pen. So just please keep that in mind before buying. Other than that, the quality of each pen is awesome, feels good on your fingers, and the ink is easily refillable.
