Product is really good, excellent sound and perfect shape and fittings for running

In my personal use and after using it more than 3 months,I can clearly guide you with some advice here.First of all, it's overpriced,Rupees 3 thousands will be good for this. quality was good in first few days but after that started crackling and left earbud became quite slow. ( But now working fine)JBL Bass is really osm and top notch. Voice is also clear and extra bass is really good for workout and gymnastics.No fitting issues and specially I purchased it for workout considering its IP67 rating which is quite good. And I got it at rupees 2999/- deal so in this price range, it's value for money for me. But don't pay more than 3k otherwise it will be not value for money. In normal use, giving good battery backup in single charge.and connectivity also good. But better consider good brand wired earphones which costs cheaper and also good for you.Nowadays, Wired earphones with IP ratings are good option to consider for workout.

Ok, this is going to be a little long so do read through till the end. This is a complete utter waste of money. I have heard very good reviews of jbl in the past, but now i and would not recommend anyone to trust this brand for anything. I bought this a little more then year ago with great delight and great offerings along with positive anticipation. But, it started to show its true colors after a month. The sound started to completely Crack and it's app won't work properly. I went to the service center with my complain and they couldn't seem to find any problem, but after a lot of consistent request, they did manage to send it back to the company and I got an exchange. This whole exercise took almost a month till I got the new product. And wait, the problem came back after 15 days again. But this time it was a new one along with the previous one. Same exercise and again another month of waste. Now, this is not the end, this whole exercise i did again for two times meaning all in all I must have got the product exchanged with the new one for almost 4 times including my first purchase. All this gave me just little less than 6 months of cracking and never breaking experience in the whole year. Trust me, this brand is of no good. They just add offers to their products with times subscription, better deals, etc etc to lure customers. But my 5k went down the drain. I might have to find a better use of he product for something which it was never made for. Again, stay away from any of the JBL products you are think would want to buy. A 500 rupees tws would rather be a better bet and investment than any jbl product. I wish Amazon had 1/2 or a quarter star option which I could use to rate this product. Peace all!

JBL is one of the premiers in producing sound to one's hearts desire, didn't fail here. Connectivity is quick and easy. Sound quality is marvelous separating the base, treble and the mid, the punch you feel with JBL us excellent. Made for runners so the grip in the ears, fins do excellent job, sweat proof, long lasting battery, and good-looking. Would recommend to any sports person. Bought for 4999 inr which is much cheaper compared to other asian countries. Worth the buy. Thank you JBL

Highs:Design and Comfort: They are pretty good looking and have a bunch of options for different ear shapes and sizes.Audio Passthrough: Very useful for being aware of my surroundings, although it also captures a lot of unnecessary ambient noise (you also need to set up the feature in the jbl app)Mids:Sound quality: Nothing too impressive, sounds about the same as my cheap wired earphones. I'm also not an expert on this topic.Touch controls: They take a few attempts to activate because you need to be precise, maybe I'll get used to them over time.Smartphone Integration: Pretty painless, I connected them through Google Fast Pair and they just showed up in the Jbl Headphones app automatically.App: The Jbl headphones app itself is meh. It updates the firmware, allows selecting touch gesture presets (no individual option for each gesture,) and you can set an idle time limit after which the earbuds power off.Lows:Initial Unit Defect: First pair I ordered had a faint crackling noise in the left ear that I couldn't get rid of so I had to order a replacement. I'll update this review once I get the replacements.Update: Replacements had no noticable defects but I ended up returning them for good once I realized how bad the latency was in games (almost half a second delay).

One of the best ever used sports headset. I used jabra elite 3 and galaxy buds pro. But for a sports freak it is the best and comfortable fit. Ear hook give u cobfidance in free movement. jBL signature bass and punchy sound. No ANC . because it is a sports oriented TWS. If u want ANC for music listineng in ur lisure time go for heigher end brand like bose ..sennishere...sony..samsung etc...its worth for the price 4599 i got on BB days. u can customise ur sound in JBL applixation and transparency mode is also there. Pls note its specialyy desigh ed for sports traing or fitnes freak people...thanks

The case is made of plastic I guess? Scratches easily. But you could get a good cover for the case.The earbuds fit snugly which I like the best.I've tried several flagship tws earbuds, but somehow they just fall off my ears but this one doesn't. I put them on when I take a walk outside and at the gym.No ANC although you have 2 options - ambience mode and talk thru mode. Ambience mode cuts out atleast 90% of noise. Talk thru mode let's you hear what's happening around you especially when you're outside cycling or waking on the road. However note that this mode sounds like you're under water for some reason - which for me isn't a significant issue.I'm not a hardcore earbuds user. I was only looking for a tws, noise cancelling, earbuds that fit into my ears really well and this serves the purpose at this price point - I bought it for 3k during an amazon sale
