5 out of 5 starsGreat Box and the great seller Daisy answered a question on where to find the dongle (in the battery compartment) very quickly and even sent a photo of where it was located. Had a problem with another box (R-box) not connecting to WiFi.This one connected in seconds and it's pretty fast with that WiFi connection too. Can't wait to connect it to Ethernet when I receive my powerline adapters.

This TV box has been awesome! It comes preloaded with great apps and does everything I need it to.Some of my favorites are:It streams content from home media server through PlexIt supports Apple Airplay (although it takes a couple of tries to connect)It has Netflix and youtubeIt has a web browserThe cost is cheaper than an Apple TVComes with Bluetooth remote that has keyboardThe cons:Apple AirPlay can be a bit of a pain to get connected and usually takes multiple triesThe remotes and operating system take some time to figure out, but I'm also not a frequent Android user.I would recommend this box to anyone that has cut the cable and is looking for a way to stream media and your favorite shows. My overall experience has been great especially considering the price!

It is a great alternative for cable and or satellite tv! Will it will take you a small amount of time to understand how to use it, I'm very happy with it! You will need a higher speed internet connection, but not necessarily the highest speed!!! The real advantage of this type of box, is that you have a vastly more viewing and listening options that you can get, with the top of the line programming options of many cable companies, without the massive fees, (bothknown and hidden)!

I had to upgrade from 17.0 to 17.3 then 17.4 to get this box working right. I only use the one remote. The mini key keyboard is too small for my purpose. All in all this is a good device.

This tv box works great than I ever expected.keyboard is one of the best features,efficient easy to operate.it is a great buy..

This box does eliminate the buffering, pausing, and skipping that I was dealing with on my firestick. The tiny keyboard takes some getting used to and you do have to update the version of Kodi this has on it. In fact, I completely wiped out the sad build it had on it and installed one of my own. I have now personalized and am completely happy with my new box.

Been using this box for 2 months to the day as of now. Everything is working great! I have since added a Minix Voice Controlled Air Mouse. I liked that the box came with a bluetooth keyboard and it works great but to me their is nothing like a great air mouse. And since this box is in my bedroom - my 2nd most used box it only made sense.Great features on this box. As well as a paid version of ES Explorer is a plus. I changed the interface and added a few apps for my needs and I an off and running. No more cable for me!! Great box for the money!

I bought the previous version of this box (black one) 4 months ago from seller 'The best technology co'. I just started playing around with my new toy a few weeks ago. I had an issue accessing the Play Store using the browser so I emailed the seller a couple weeks ago about the problem. I received a response 90 minutes later telling me how to perform a factory reset and to let him know if that didn't resolve the issue. It did. I had another little issue and The seller handled that for me too.I still have a lot to learn about this box but for $80 it was a great purchase. I have occasional issues with movies freezing but that might be because of the VPN I'm using.Much thanks to Andy from Best Tech for awesome support!
