Screw it on the can and turn the tap fully clockwise to pierce the seal. I was a bit worried that the precious gas might come fizzing out - but it doesn’t. With the engine off, fit the adapter to the aircon valve (it only fits the low pressure side - you can’t fit it to the hp by mistake). It should be a gas tight fit - no leaks. You might get a yellow high pressure reading. Don’t panic! Run the engine with ac on full. The reading should now be in the blue sector. 30 to 40 psi. If it’s too low then open the tap fully anti-clockwise - and shake the tin upside down. Give it just a few seconds only, then turn it off and allow 15 seconds to stabilise. Repeat if necessary. The trick is to get nice ice cold air from the ac at the minimum pressure. Too much pressure can cause damage !

Looked good, good metal valve end and low pressure connector, gauge was a bit budget but adequate. I return the item unused as I decided to go the full on vac pump route.

Contento con el monómetro enviado antes de la fecha indicada hice una recarga de gas en un Peugeot 206sw 2.0 hd. Tenía el aire acondicionado vacío las dos botellas suficientes de 226g en 5 minutos están ya en la instalación luego dejar el coche 30 minutos en marcha el monómetro hace su trabajo cuando hay que echar el gas hay que controlar para que no pase el 😡 por qué si pasa al rojo se detiene él frío i suelta calor si pasa eso intenta vaciar un poco gas hasta el amarillo entonces arranca el frío otra vez. La manguera se acopla muy bien 👌 no hay pérdidas de gas en media hora ya está todo listo para disfrutar es muy fácil
