MS Rayne writes another amazing story. I can't wait to read the final book in this series. I hope things turn out for the best but it sure is a rough ride getting there.

I've gotten more into fantasy because of authors like A.E. Rayne. She writes a tale with action and adventure, romance, and rich description of characters and landscape. Let's not rush her. We wait for her sequels but not long enough to forget the characters we've latched onto. Writing is a skill. It takes talent and time. Look how thrilled we are with the results. Thank you, Ms. Rayne for the work you're doing to bring us such entertaining material. I too, look forward to the next tale of Alekka and the families struggling to bring peace to the land. I haven't been able to put the chapters in this series down till they say the end. Wanting them to keep going.

It is very good. The author creates good characters, an interesting story line and fast paced easy reading.The one thing I don't like , is that the dreamers and their magic at times is too powerful which makes everything else going on irrelevant for the most part.

From the first page I was hooked! I could not put it down. I was so caught up in the story that I read late into the night, not wanting to stop reading to sleep. There were no slow parts to these books. No good place to stop reading. I would read them on my breaks at work and couldn't wait to be off work so I could get back into it and see what happened next. Surely there are no sadder words to see at the end of a great book than:Click here to preorder the final book in the series.I don't want to wait for it to be finished!!! I want it now!!!!! Please write fast!

Loved this book. So much action. The way the authors imagination weaves the story with magic, monsters, gods and heroes is just amazing. Was si happy to see Janel again.

Another amazing book in this series with so many ups and downs. Everything has changed and I am wanted to find out what happens next. Loved that Jael made an appearance and hoping to see more of her in the last book. I can't get enough of this world and these characters!

I thoroughly enjoy the author. A.E.Rayne. this series has been so hard to put down. I cried withal more than once.

I found the fifth book took me a while to get through. It was so detailed that it slowed the pace of the storyline. It was well worth the read! The last 200 pages were the most exciting and a page turner! I couldn’t put it down.Some very interesting plot twists & turns, especially at the end! Looking forward to the next book.

I wish I could read in forever! I highly recommend this book, I can not wait for the next one!

I enjoy a good book that engages you and this one certainly did. The start was a bit slow for me but built and built. Good read.

Brilliant!

This book was an entertaining read though Rayne's use of the subordinating conjunction "though" is endless. Nary a sentence goes by without encountering it. However, more irritating than its usage is the fact that it's constantly misused. There is NEVER a comma before "though" unless it's used as an interrupting adverb, not as subordinating conjunction. Nor should it begin a sentence instead of the appropriate "although."
