Definitely supportive when it stays in place.
Maybe it’s just me. But this slides up all the time. Constant readjusting.

After a few hours of wearing this corrector, the strap started agitating under the bottom of my arms.

Not effective and very aggravating
I was very excited about this product. When it arrived, I couldn’t wait to get it on. Wore it for a couple hours and really liked it and felt it was really working. Then I wore it all day for a couple days. It was terrible. It “loosened” up and was Not helpful with posture and rubbed under my arms raw. It continuously rode up as I moved and was just aggravating. I am still looking for a posture correction “brace” but I will not try another that even looks like this one. I would say it was a waste of money but I did learn what I didn’t want. I would not recommend this product.

A waste of money for him
Got the XL for my husband who is not a big man. The shoulder straps are so short. After extending out all the way he could barely get them over his shoulders making them too tight under his arms. A waste of money for him.
