I needed a small cat food container and this is perfect! Holds just shy of 4lbs dry kibble.

Works great, but I buy the 3 lbs bags for my cat food, and this holds about 2.5 lbs, it would be more convenient if it fit it all but that’s not this products fault

I bought this to put my cat’s food in, but it turned out that it was too small to even hold one medium sized bag of cat food. Now I just use it for my dry rice which is perfect for that because it has the container on the top that you can use to measure the rice with. I wouldn’t really recommend this for pet food though just due to the size so that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I ended up buying a larger container at Sam’s for the cat food.

It is a nice looking and convenient Pet Food Storage Container. The size is good for handling. It did the job for our daily cat food feeding. However I can't say it is 100% perfect due to the product quality. The container wall is thin and it may change the shape when you press on it. It could be fragile so we have to handle with care. The blue upper cover piece is not well sealed but it is OK so far in South California dry weather. Except for those quality issues, it is still very useful for our daily jobs.

Container was a little smaller then I was expecting. Guess I couldn't picture 2 and a half liters for some reason.

Originally, I thought this was too small to be useful. But after a week of using it, I’m pleasantly surprised. It’s well made with heavy plastic and a secure locking mechanism. Holds more kibble than I thought!

Liked the hygienic factor of storing pet food.

I ordered this product (on a Saturday and it was delivered on the Wednesday), to replace another container that holds cat biscuits. It doesn't have any annoying stickers that you need to scrub off and arrived in perfect condition. Its slightly smaller than I expected (I didn't look at the measurements), however I've found this smaller size not only easier to store but easier to hold. The problem I had with my previous container was that when you held it to pour, the lid would pop off & I would end up with cat biscuits everywhere (which the cats enjoyed but I did not). I don't have this problem anymore as this container is sturdier and the lid seems much more secure. The measuring cup makes life easier and if ever I need to put the cats on a diet, it would be ideal, (if your using it for pasta etc, than its even more useful). Overall very happy with my purchase & thinking about ordering more!EDIT IN 2022! Searching my order history for something and saw this, shocked that I ordered this 2018 and I still use it everyday! Still perfect but oddly haven't ordered any more!

I needed a way of dispensing dry cat food in a way that did not overfeed. The cap on this unit allows for good measurement and the snap fasteners on the container means I can easily return excess. The container itself is a good palm size, and as it does not contain the entire bag, its overall weight is not a problem. Good Product

I was fed up struggling with bags of dry food for my pets; they're heavy, awkward to hold and always spill when tipped. I now use this container and it's great. So easy to fill with the food and to pour into bowls. It has a very simple but firm clip on lid, a funnel shaped spout and a lid which can be used to pour the food into. It keeps the food fresh and it's easy to lift and pour.
