This chair is all around comfortable and suitable for bigger folks. 6'4 310 here and has been working good enough for work.I did have a problem with the left armrest coming apart, so I decided to hold off on a review. I contacted customer support and they sent a whole new left armrest assembly in a timely fashion and I haven't had any issues. So I will safely 5 star this but just be gentle with the armrests, just to be safe.

This chair is fine. It's comfortable enough. The fan feature is just so so. It's not as cooling as you would hope it is. The back pillow is too much so I actually use the head pillow behind my back. And maybe this is just a me problem, but the chair is very tippy. If I lean forward to pick up something that's on the floor, or pet my dog laying down in front of me, the whole chair tips over. Don't worry, the dog is fine.EDIT: After a year and 5 months, the chair will not stay up--the gas cylinder has gone bad. I would not buy this chair again.

Love the chair. Fully adjustable, comfy for sizes big and small. The fan is a little on the loud side but still works great

I really didnt need another gaming chair but ended up choosing this one mainly for the fans. The chair itself is comfortable. Its a bit on the firm side but still very comfortable. Doesnt feel like you're sitting on concrete. The cushion fans are a nice feature but dont really move air like I thought they would. You feel it but youre not going to have ice crystals on your bottom from them. Would have been nice if the fan system was wireless. It does come with detachable plug. If you dont want to plug it into the wall a good power bank with an ac outlet will work. I had one I wasnt using so I mounted it to the chair run the fans from it.I also recommend getting a set of rollerblade casters with this chair.

I use this as an office chair, not a gaming chair. All in all, I would not recommend if you are truly looking for a "big and tall" chair and are a woman. And now it seems from a quality perspective, there are problems. The only saving grace is that it is very low-priced. so I guess you get what you pay for. See review for details.ASSEMBLY: Incredibly difficult and time-consuming to assemble, mostly because several of the parts are quite heavy (fans in seat add significant weight) and I was doing it by myself. But the instructions that came with the chair were helpful.COMFORT: I was expecting more comfort for my larger body size considering this is advertised as "big and tall" and able to hold up to 400lb. I would say it might fit the bill of "big and tall" for a male body, but NOT for a female body (which typically is going to have a wider bottom and hips).FEATURES: The fans in the seat do work OK to cool which is what drew me to this model. There is also a massage function on the removable (as in loose and completely separate from the chair) back support pillow. But...and this is a BIG but...there is a MAJOR design flaw. The cords for the seat and massage pillow are WAY too short. It's ridiculous. You have to be right next to the plug or power strip and be very careful not to swivel or accidentally push the chair back as you get up or you will yank on the cord. Also, the buttons on the cords that control and fans and massage are right up next to where the cord plugs into the chair. So you have to either awkwardly reach behind yourself and blindly fumble with the buttons or actually get up out of the chair and turn around to find the buttons and see what you are doing.OTHER FUNCTIONALITY PROBLEM: I have had this chair for about 3 months now and in the past 2 - 3 days, the hydraulics on the seat lift have started malfunctioning. I put it up to max height and within 1 minute or less, it begins to sink. This is unacceptable and should not be happening on a chair that is so new.

The chair is rated at 400 pounds. My husband isn't anywhere near that weight. 3 months in a home office, being scouted only in and out from under the desk and it broke. Broke with no way to fix it. Huge disappointment from start to finish. Even initially we were bummed because the cooling fans are a joke. Just little computer fans that barely make a breeze. Not to mention constantly worrying about rolling over the power cord for said fans.

Great chair. Great support for bigger guy. The fans are amazing and cool your bottom. There are only two things they could approve on. 1. Give the option to use batteries/wireless option for the fans being hooked up wired isn't the greatest thing but love the fans. 2. They could make the seat alot softer but maybe with time it will get that way. Overall couldn't be happier with this purchase. I was nervous about spending 300 on a chair and finding will that would actually hold up think this chair is "him" ha. Oh and a 3rd thing I wish they had some branding on the chair itself not just the attachments.

Opened chair after few months and caster wheel broke after less than a month. Company did not respond to requests.Stay away from this vendor they will sell you broken things and then ghost you.
