The adjustable options are either too long or too short. One way puts the hand loop right next to the dog’s head and the other puts the loop too far to reach, especially if you needed to grab it quickly. I had to wrap it around my waist because the extra length bounces and swings like a jumprope if the dog isn’t stretching it out all the way (pulling) which is totally annoying! However, I like having my hands free for jogging so with some adjustments it was marginally acceptable. Consider just getting a waist strap and using a leash you already have and like. That’s basically what I do now, so the leash was a waste :(

Great! I love using this leash compared to a regular leash you have to hold in your hand. The handles are nice if you need to pull them in.

I never thought I needed a leash like this until I got it. I walk my daughter to school in the morning while pushing the baby in the stroller. Now I can also walk my dog too. The length is perfect for walking him. He's good at keeping pace and doesn't wander off so walking him with this makes it so much easier to multi task. We all get some exercise and fresh air. The straps on the lead makes it easy to grab hold when I need to keep the dog closer to me if we pass people or other dogs.
