This was my first time using twin needles. I purchased them after reading that they can hem knit fabrics, as I needed to shorten a newly-purchased dress, but lacked a serger to do so. After reading reviews about twin needles easily breaking, I watched a few videos on-line to make sure I was using them properly. I experimented with needle size, tension, and stitch length on some scrap fabric and found what worked best for my machine. I also ended up using some stretch-stay tape for a cleaner hem. I loved the result! It worked almost as well as a serger, and everyone I showed says it looks completely professional. So glad I bought this and can't wait to use it again!

Very functional tool, great price. Not avaialbe for us locally, wonderful to get it here. I can zig-zag for non-bumpy stretch jeans hems, but this is better, and less homemeade looking. Every sngle pair of jeans/ pants, slacks that comes through this house needs shortening!

This sewing machine foot is very practical. I should have bought this a long time ago!

I am a seasoned sewer, and for time and convenience, I ordered these twin needles here. These needles, A) were not even RELETIVEILY the similar size in length, B) they had no flexibility for knits, and c) broke within seconds of sewing, I wasn't even able to backstitch before it broke.

These needles came in warped and one of them broke the first time I used it (the 3 mm). That said, they were cheap, and I've still been able to do what I needed with them.
