Function well looks great

There are two sizes for these we've seen, a large 3" diameter (fits on Kadron (Solex) stacks and a small, for Weber 40-44 IDF velocity stacks.I don't have the part number available to tell them apart. But that's not the point of this post.These mesh filters work as advertised, but they don't tell you about their vulnerability to carb backfires. We stopped using them because one good short carb backfire (with flames) melts them. If you can live with that, the rest of it is all good.

So far so good, just installed these on a set of 3D printed velocity stacks with an 80mm bell. Not hard at all to install, but if you have a stack with a larger rounded edge they could get a little tight probably.Obviously measure the end of your stack, not the size of your TB or carb

Fit perfectly after a bit of slight modification. I'll admit, they're tough. But eventually I got the best of the little thing.. Haven't got around to trying the water test like they show in the photos. Maybe later. "Filter Wears" could do a lot better job descibing the sizing their little lineup of the like three oddball sizes they offer these things in.

Waterproof in the less extreme. Also these things are tiny as hell. They barely even cover my crankcase breather filter whilst I intended this for my intake filter. Ah, alas it's working for something.

Very nice fitting

Arrived early, fit perfect, used on motorcycle. Great product.

They don't take away from the looks and add a little filter protection.

Although my Velocity stacks are 3" diameter at the top, these 3" filters don't fit if you have a domed screen on top. Trying to get larger ones.
